They were in the midst of a remodel but did great making sure we were in a good room and there was no interruptions for sleep. Staff was very helpful.

Even though the hotel was being renovated, they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The room was very nice and very clean. One thing about the TownPlace, there is no pool.

My family stay was a complete disappointment. The hotel is under renovation, which was not told to any of us in our party when w made or reservations. Which we had a total of 18 rooms. So no gym , no pool, weight room, etc. What are all these kids suppose to do with everything blocked off? They didn't compensate for this inconvenience. The breakfast generic and the wait time was long. The rooms are nice but that's about all i can say. No ATM in the building and when i asked where attractions ate nearby staff didn't know.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. When I first stayed here a few months ago, the property was in need of renovation. When I checked in this week, they gave me a newly renovated room and I am loving it! The new room features: Modern decor, new carpeting, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, flat-screen TV, new furniture. It's like a whole new room! I am thoroughly pleased with the renovations, and plan to stay at this property again in the future.

Under renovations, poor soundproofing, could smell people burning popcorn down the hall. Guest clientele was a bit on the rough side. Staff were very friendly though.

I am staying here right now and am very unhappy. It's not clean. Room stinks like cig smoke. The staff is unresponsive. I was woken at 3:30 this morning by banging in a room next to me, a storage room. Finally at 6:30, after wing disturbed at 3:30am, 4:00am again, 4:30am a door slam, 5:15am pounding, 6:00am door slam.
Never would I suggest you stay in this place. Absolutely terrible. Room 125 July 25, 2017response / report this review -

Good for long term residents. Next to highway so there is a lot of noise. This wasn't as noticeable the second night but I also left the fan on the heat/ac unit on continuous run to drown the highway noise out. Great location -lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful and always made me feel welcome.

The room was clean but did have some need of repair. There was a note acknowledging this in the room though so it seems to be a problem the hotel intends to fix. Otherwise the facility and staff were great.

Service is excellent, recovering from back surgery, & New in Town needing a place that could take care of all my personal needs while looking for a home to purchase. Town Place has been there for me. Moved in here Dec.7th, Moving Out March 3rd into our New Home!! Town Place Suites has been My Home away from Home!! Day & Night the Friendly Staff took care of me until I my recovery was complete and I was able to take care of my self.Thank You Town Place, Staff for the Attentive Series, Caring and Understanding Staff. Great beds, great staff, clean rooms. Needs remodeled but the plans are already in the works to have a it done. Very affordable and you're provided with everything you need.

The staff was first rate. However, that is where it ended. We had four rooms. One person in our group had to change rooms 2 times upon check in due to dirty rooms/cockroaches. I had to change due to bedbugs. The staff changed our rooms but we had to downgrade since our room type was not available.
The furniture is worn and needs to be replaced. The breakfast area is also in need of an upgrade.
As much as I would like to recommend this hotel because of the staff I just can't due to the age of the hotel and the issues they have. I will avoid in the future.
Two stars are only because of the staff. Otherwise it would be zero.
Sorry Marriott, this place needs an update and a deep cleaning.response / report this review
