My stay at this motel was probably the worst motel experience of my life!The first room I was assigned to had a door that could not be locked from the outside. I didn't discover that until I had fully taken my pet and all my luggage etc, into the room. So I had to go to the front desk and was given a different room, but that meant lugging everything back to my car and unloading again. Then discovered there was no light in the bathroom in the new unit. Another trip to the front desk.The lady there came and replaced the fluorescent light herself. Finally after going out to get some dinner, about 9:00 pm (after a long driving day) I am ready to just relax, watch some TV, and go to bed. Then I discover that there is no TV remote in the room and no way to work the tv manually. Plus, there is no phone in the room, so, again I trek back to the front desk, where the girl gives me a remote for the TV.The girl at the desk was very accommodating, especially since none of these problems were created by her. Your very inadequate cleaning staff should have notified maintenance (or the front desk) about every single problem.The next am I asked to speak to the manager by phone (about 10:00 am).I was told her name was Diana. The front desk staff called her for me, but she refused to speak to me, and told the front desk clerk to take 30% off the price of my room, without even asking what the problem had been. I was definitely NOT impressed with your manager!!! In my opinion, after all this hassle, I should have been completely refunded the entire cost of the room! It had been a disaster right from the start.I have stayed in a couple of your motels before, and realize they are "bare bones" but have appreciated the fact that they allow pets and are relatively inexpensive. But this particular motel was a terrible experience, topped off with your extremely unprofessional "manager"!

I could have used a bathtub. I feel that I would have been happier if I could soak in a tub. Not everyone is able to stand in an open shower. Also the water pressure is too low in the shower. At least give me a adjustable shower head. I thought everyone was agreeable to our needs. I just wished there was a tub

Average place. Was not expecting 5 star, but it was clean enough, everything worked like it should and it was quiet enough.

Room was very clean. I was in the back and it was very quiet. New floors, no carpet (big plus). The lady who checked me in was very pleasant. Great value. I love that Motel 6 is pet friendly. Fluffy the cat gives it 4 paws up, he liked the garden view from the window the best.

I was traveling through Wichita and just needed a clean and simple room for the night. This room was perfect. Check in was quick and easy, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot.

My experience was horrible. I booked online and was told one rate, we arrive and they do not honor that rate. I specifically asked on the phone to not charge my card and I would pay cash, they insured me that it was no problem at all. The lady at the front proceeds to tell me it's already been charged. When I tried explaining to her what I was told she interrupted me numerous times and was incredibly rude. Once paying more then I was told and it being charged I get to my room and there were cigarette burns all over the bed spread, and there was not even a smoke detector in the room. I have booked online many times and I've never had an issue. I would never stay at this location again, nor would I ever recommend it someone ever.

Stayed there last October. I found two bed bugs crawling on the floor of my room. Out door court yard areas had trash on the grass that wasn't picked up during the four days I was there and the side walks were dirty. I had stayed there about 10 times over the past several years. This motel has definitely gone down hill.

Relatively clean and updated. Not bad for the price at all. Wish there were a fridge and microwave but again Not bad for what you pay.

This visit was a disaster. I had booked the wrong date but instead of just transferring the money as a credit, they returned to to my card and were surprised when I didn't just randomly have money available. Then when it came to the day we would check out, the housekeeper was insisting on doing room service. I was not really happy at all. Definitely will choose a different location next time.

Out room was a very long way from the stairs out side and I had to walk along the dark backside of building to get to it. SUPER CREEPY!!! As always it was realatively wan and quiet. You get what you pay for and it is a bargain.

It's affordable, it's quite. The staff members are friendly and are willing to help you with anything. The pool is amazing. We stay here often during the summer. Had to stay here for over 3 months. It is very cozy. Wish there was a bathtub (want to soak) too. But shower is just as good.

The room was nice inside and excellent service. But outside was well aged and half lights flickered and old so lighting was very poor. Very eerie setting. Not a bad neighborhood hood foresay but more of an industrial setting. There is a Denny's in the adjacent parking lot and was not comfortable walking there in the dark. It is a 40 dollar room for sure.
