The shower was an issue in our room, housekeeping kept coming in our room while we slept. She was very pushy! Other than that we enjoyed our stay

They're remodeling. Very noisy at times. Rooms are spacious and clean. Morning staff is better and helpful than afternoon staff. Housekeeping rushed us out of our room and I still had a hr. before checkout. Good location overall. they need to work on Customer Service.

A wonderful place for dinner and family events. The owners Mr and Mrs Nicotra are warm and friendly people. The service, staff and food are excellent. Besides having dinner one can have business meetings and office holiday party's there. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rates are quite reasonable. Parking lot is on site is free and huge. 5 star rating in my opinion.

I was here for a wedding and I was very impressed! This is a beautiful, modern venue with a great penthouse, including outdoor firepits for cozy seating on cold nights. The food was inventive, varied, and abundant during the cocktail hour and there was ample and friendly wait staff. Downstairs for the main dinner, the party was consistently great, including food, service, and atmosphere. Host an event here or get invited to one soon. Or just crash the next one!!

Hilton garden hosted a recent awards dinner given by my employer not tell health and everything was superb. Every detail was fantastic the staff was amazing kudos to all I would recommend it for any function. I left there with satisfaction beyond belief. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Stayed here the night before my friend’s wedding. Staff was extremely accommodating. Jamel in particular went above and beyond to make our stay as incredible as it was.

Very nice large room, but the beds are only double beds. They have King beds but only 1 in a room as a room option. Breakfast buffet is nice, with very attentive staff. Front desk was willing to accommodate our request to receive wedding flowers and then allow another person to pick them up. Strange smell in the hallway toward the elevators would make me think hard about whether I wanted to have an event here. Kind of mildewy.

Check-in was quick and easy, even though I was early Room was clean and as described. They don't have room service for breakfast even though they have a "Bed 'N Breakfast" package (it's AND not IN). Our wedding group was also promised the bar would be open after the wedding which it wasn't.

I was there for prom, the place is beautiful and the service was excellent. Cocktail hours food was good, but main course food lacked flavor. Overall the experience was incredible.

Stayed many times, normally 5 stars, but if you book on one of there special events nights, you may get one of the rooms that gets to (not) 'enjoy' the constant late night (early) morning music, even on work nights. 2 out of 3 of our rooms this visit had to be moved. Awesome hotel, normally, otherwise I may have rated it a 1 star.

Very nice ball room and newly decorated rooms. Ideal for business or wedding etc. For casual travelers, the shuttle service is very limited to the ferry. You have to rely on bus or your own vehicle.

The atmosphere is amazing. The aesthetics of the dining area were tantalizing. I believe this place has the potential of being a great venue for a wedding and other grand celebrations.

Clean, safe, only one restaurant but good quality food. Perfect place for weddings, bridal shower, sweet 16, or any large event. Would have given 5 stars but Gus the shuttle driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. Take a cab and you'll have a great experience.
