The hotel itself was very nice, but the service was terrible. It was my 2-year-old nephew’s birthday and we invited a couple of our close family members for cake and ice cream. We got a noise complaint so we invited everyone to the pool area. After we were done swimming we had everyone go get changed in small groups to avoid noise. Everyone left except the ones that were staying over night. We weren’t making noise but we had 2 toddlers in the room. I’ve worked for a hotel before and if it’s too noisy we would take the initiative to go to the room and talk with the guests. That was not the case. After about 4 hours of everyone being gone the police were knocking on the door telling us we had to leave the premises. You would have thought the manager would have stepped in and tried to accommodate to us having 2 toddlers instead of making us leave after we spent money to stay at the hotel. I say this because our family has been to many hotels and have never have recieved this kind of treatment. I will be contacting the manager in the morning and if the manager decides they won’t do anything about the situation I will be calling the corporate office

Room was nice and clean and had a nice set up. I had to hang out in the room for most of a day and ended up telling my wife that I could have lived there for awhile probably. The free breakfast was pretty good too.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and loved it. Suite had a kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Rooms had huge, comfortable beds. Tons of shops at the mall next door. The lovely and moving Fallen Timbers battlefield memorial was also just across the street, perfect for a walk or run.

Great place to spend a night. This was our second visit. I enjoy that the mall is nearby and you can have a nice meal within a short walking distance.

The hotel was near a large shopping outlet to which I found vary convenient. The rooms were clean. The employees were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good. The pool is a bit small and the hot tub a bit too cool, but I think that makes the pool house kid friendly.

After losing power in Michigan, we decided to take our kids down and stay at the Staybridge, it was important for us to have a kitchen so this matched our needs very well. We were so happy to pull into the hotel, the location was amazing, having most anything we could want to check out, so close. The rooms were amazing, updated, clean, and filled with little things that we might need, my favorite was the laundry basket, I've stayed in many hotels with laundry facilities, but never one that had laundry baskets! It gave us a homey feel. The beds were amazingly comfortable and BIG, and the pillows were better than the ones I have at home. We found out we got our power on the first night and would not need the second night, and getting them to cancel the next night was as simple as calling the front desk. Amanda was amazing, I asked if we could have a few more towels and she LITERALLY ran to get them for us. We have already decided we will be making trips to this hotel every year for a little wind down session! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

I had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites Toledo/ Maumee. The area is extremely peaceful. The property is very clean and up to date. Upon checking in, the General Manager, Valerie was at the front desk and checked me in herself. It's nice to see upper management being involved with the guests on such a personal level. I stayed in a king bed suite and enjoyed it very much. Was perfect for one person to have some space to relax for two days. I did not use the kitchen but it was perfect size for someone staying for an extended stay. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping staff was extremely attentive and helpful when I needed more towels or other amenities. I also enjoyed the managers reception (free dinners ) on certain days of the week. The hotels proximity to nice restaurants was also an added bonus such as Granite city and PF Changs. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you Valerie, Faye, and Donald. You guys are the best.
