The front desk was very nice.
We enjoyed the breakfast .The staff at the bar was just wonderful.. we had a great time considering we only stayed one night

Our room was OK, but friends' one smelled horribly. Hotel is old, and Holiday Inn next to it costs the same money, but much newer and better. This one is definitely overpriced.

I felt the rooms and hallways needed updated. The floors were really filthy. But other than that my night was restful. The bed was nice and comfy. The TV was an older model but that was ok. The service was really friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to all my friends.

When you first walk into the Ramada. It was so nice and fancy at the service desk, but as you walked back towards the rooms, the carpets were run down, could use some new carpet to make it more appealing in the hallways. When we opened the door to the room the first thing I noticed was it smelled of cigarettes not very pleasant, but the room was nice. The TV was old that could of been updated. The only other thing that was bad was the rooms carpet was so filthy was walking around barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were black, had to wash them before going to bed. Besides that, had a restfuls night sleep. Was really quiet and peaceful. Service was really friendly had no problems with that at all.

All of the staff were very helpful and nice, but the rooms were rather old and outdated. The bathroom was not very practical. We were there with a newborn, which was stressful since there weren't many accommodations. Definitely not ADA friendly. Very minimal ramps and no automatic door openers. Breakfast was not very edible. A bellhop would've been helpful in the lobby with how awkward the front door was. If we weren't coming for a wedding at this hotel, we would've stayed at the new holiday inn express next door.

The room was really clean ( smelt great) and the staff helpful. The breakfast experience however could be better; the options are very limited and the gratuity isn't included which sucks for people like me who don't bring money to free things. The waitress was overwhelmed and working on her own. She forgot my coffee and I had to ask again but it's not her fault; she had too much to do and remember being there only one working. Would be 5 stars if the breakfast went smoother.
