New management and refurbishment comingwe visited in October, they're gwtting there it will be back to a 5 by springtime, new management is good just have to work through some projects

Tons of space for the price. Good cable selection, and complimentary breakfast. The in room kitchen is an added bonus.

100% 5 star review! This place was clean (considering it is pet friendly I was OVERLY impressed), staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was diverse, plentiful and delicious. We had a suite and it was very spacious. The only issue I did have was quickly and easily resolved by the general manager, Justin. Thanks for keeping such a great hotel, I will recommend!

Rooms are "ok" breakfasts are great so are the evenings with the free food and drinks. Great taste and a pleasant sjrprise

Couldn't figure out why I kept smelling feces, found a dirty baby diaper behind the curtains, it must have been there several days. The smell had permeated the curtains and remained after the diaper was gone. Disgusting . Woke up to thousands of ants Hualing off pieces of god knows what. Under the lamp there was spilled soda. Also found candy wrappers, a tongue ring, balloons, and other misc garbage. The room looks clean at first glance, it's definitely NOT. I stayed here a year ago and it was not nearly this bad. I don't care if it was the busiest week of the year, there is no excuse for this lack of cleanliness. This is the kind of stuff you get In a motel 6 not a Marriott. After telling the night manager, she didn't even bother to apologize.

Great place!! Very spacious and clean. Full kitchen was really nice. Free breakfast was very good and the employees were very polite and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

We were delightfully surprised at the size of the room. It was a two story loft type apartment basically. And the breakfast was amazing.

Friendly service and clean rooms. The staff and management is doing everything they can but the road construction, the summer rain, and the lack of excitement on this stretch of Ulmerton Rd will make this week very easy to forget.

My partner and I have been on an adventure road trip this past year and collectively have stayed at HUNDREDS of places, but few have been as comfortable, accommodating and affordable as this particular Residence Inn.

Besides the wonderful temer-pedic style mattresses in every room, our suite had plenty of space and included a well stocked kitchen. Having a place to store perishables and cook while travelling is not only a god-send, but also a great way to save a ton of money.

My favorite part about staying here is the generous complimentary mixers that the staff host every Mon, Tues, and Wed.Who doesn't lie free food, beer and wine mixed with an opportunity to maybe make a friend or two?

We also met Jenn and Trevor our first day, who both turned out to be not only amazing front desk hosts, but are also personally interesting and great people. Both of them were full of detailed area info about best eats, places to visit, and other great local insider tips.

This Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater is the BEST we've stayed at since the one in Concord, NH! I honestly don't know why you would stay anywhere else in the south Clearwater / North St Pete Area,

The room I stayed in is very typical of Residence Inn hotels. I liked the amenities such as the full kitchen area and living room. The room has pretty much everything needed for a long term stay, except for laundry (but these are available at the hotel's main building) Breakfast and an evening social event (where food and beverages are available) is included with the stay.
