Made a reservation for a first floor beachfront room and when I got there our room was on the 4th floor. We spent the entire Thanksgiving weekend not using the balcony in fear of our 2 year old falling over the railing. Front desk personnel had very little concern about the situation. Our hallway smelled like trash and rotten food due to a full trashcan by the elevator. Vacation ruined. Will be calling corporate.

Had a great stay here. The staff was truly incredible. Very friendly people. Room was a little smaller than hoped and could've had a few improvements, but honestly wouldn't expect much different from an older hotel in one of the most sought after vacation destinations.

Beautiful view! Nice small private beach and pool on the beach. Live music and a beach bar all right there. Hotel is outdated but stayed multiple times and always clean. Less than a mile from Pier 60 and lots and lots of restaurants/bars close to the hotel and all the way to and past the pier. Great rates!

We have spent time here for the past 25 years! Would recommend to everyone. If you didn't wish to leave the hotel to explore the area, you would have just about everything you would ever need. Great family fun, live music, great rum runners! Cant wait to go again!!!

The photos online and in brochure are no longer representative of what you are getting. Not happy with the parking, parking fees, or how long the wait was for valet. Room was good, beds comfortable, side view was decent. Maids tried to get into the room everyday even when the do not disturb was inserted in the card slot. Came back to the room one day and found our stuff moved around because they ignored the do not disturb. I'd stay here again for the same price.

older hotel but nice ocean view where you can watch boats go by and there own little beach and pool and bands play in evening awhile and the most important thing kept very clean. Nice Employees. 2nd time we have stayed there and would definitely stay there again.

The hallways were very humid and smelled like cat urine on the third floor. But the room was very clean and nice. The whole hotel has a nice relaxing low key atmosphere. The price was low, but the hotel doesn't feel slummy or unsafe at all. We've stayed there twice and the only complaint was the smell in the hallway, and that was only like I said on the 3rd floor. The rest of the experience was great. Oh, and I think they should give more towels for the large room knowing how many people were in there. 5 people, 3 of each towel?

Have stayed here three times. First two times were great other than construction next door! Third time on the other hand found a big cockroach in my room. Manager Dennis moved me to a beach front room and told me he would send me two free nights in the mail. 6 months later I call and leave voicemails and never received anything. Wouldn't recommend this resort the waitress's at the restaurant will try and steal your money as well.

Not horrible a bit out dated and needs some refreshing up. Smells a little bit old but I do have issues with smells.
I was a bit saddened by the constant noise outside from construction rebuilding sand on the beach from all day long! Also it's a bit noisy from the bar right outside our room. Definitely not my favorite place to stay. A bit over priced for what it is. On a positive note I hop is right here so breakfast is hot. And fresh👌 Also disappointed that it says smoke free however several people are smoking on their decks and poolside, so gross!response / report this review -

I've stayed here many times and always have a nice stay. I had a very nice beachfront room with an awesome view. The rooms and bed are comfortable but one of the most outstanding points is the staff who are very pleasant and helpful. John (GM) met me in the lobby upon my arrival, remembered my name from the last visit and made me feel welcomed. He is very present and very helpful! I will definitely return.
