I was only there for a meeting, but from what I saw it was really nice. The employees where friendly and helpful. I will definitely look into a staycation in the summer.

We attended a professional event we do this on a bi-weekly schedule the people that work there are always Curtious, kind and attentive to any of our needs while we were there at the event. I would recommend the Radisson Inn in Glendale Phoenix to be one of the best locations that I've been at as far as customer service.

I came to this hotel because of a local professional conference that was held in Ballroom B. The staff was very polite and professional when serving dinner for the event. The ballroom and lobby was of the hotel was very clean and we'll kept with modern decor.

We booked a meeting room here on short notice after the hotel we were hosting a conference at would not allow us to cater outside food. The service at this hotel was excellent, the facility was perfect, and we even got a huge discount. They allowed us to bring in food. The service was outstanding in all regards. I would definitely use this hotel again, and highly recommend them.

The residence inn is where we have our company's quarterly meetings. They always are helpful in ushering our employees to the correct location. They also give us extra air conditioning because of the volume of people attending to make us comfortable.

Did a staycation for a few days. Staff was great and attentive. Breakfast was decent and coffee was great. Room was nice and spacious. Like the fact of a small kitchen.

Everything was perfectstarting with the friendly staff! Hotel is across from Westgate and stadium. Rooms are the perfect size and every detail is covered in their kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again!

Front desk is responsive, friendly and pretty accommodating. There's two versions of food: breakfast and certain evenings. Breakfast is about the usual for a hotel. Eggs, some meat, something for the side Bagels. You get the idea. The evening stuff has been Disappointing. Didn't start on time, immediately ran out of food/main point. Refills of empties were slow, if not begrudging. Breakfast and evening can be a bit delayed, but if you're interested in the evening fare, be sure to queue by 5 minutes till. Room is standard and more than sufficient if you don't want to dine out. No real complaints. Never a bad interaction with front desk. Food I nearly saw them argue with a customer that they open at 6. It was 6:05 PM. They weren't ready. Four stars is just about right, I think.

I am writing this review to let this others know about this company and how well we appreciate all that they do for us. We attend rally every other week atthe Residence Inn MarrIott the staff here are always very polite welcome us as we walk in the door and as well as asking if there's anything they can do for us. They have went out of their way to extend other areas outside of the one Meeting room that we use so that we can have training in smaller groups as well as our big rally in the main room that we use every other week I would recommend this hotel to anyone it is always clean. The lot looks nice there's always a fire out by the pool whether it's summer or winter people are always outside just lounging around and enjoying themselves, this is a very comfortable, welcoming environment. Thank you for allowing us to participate in this type of atmosphere for our rallies bi-weekly

Great room with loads of space included kitchenette. Walking distance to Gila River and University of Phoenix Areas and the Westgate shopping/dining area. A nice hot breakfast was included.

This staff is incredible. With a discrepancy from the original confirmation emails (large enough to be very concerned) and a quick conversation with the manager, she was EXTREMELY professional, understood my concern, reassured me, and took care of me immediately. No fuss, just genuinely great customer service. This staff is a rarity in hospitality. Thank you so much!

Clean, great breakfast, golf putting green, outdoor pool and guest office area. Loved that it was walking distance to the Gila Arena where we got to see a NHL game. Lots of restaurant options and a lively square! Highly recommend this hotel!
