very nice hotel the room was very spacious and bathrooms were very nice and open. The a/c was not loud every time it came on which was a plus since noise usually wakes me up. Only reason i put 4 stars was because i imagine all the noise of people coming in and out was due to being so close to a bar area. So noise was pretty much the only bad thing every time someone slammed their door

Great customer service by Kelsie. She helped us out with everything we needed. Great to see customer service is not dead. Thanks so much, you deserve a raise. :) Room was nice and clean and very comfortable.

Staff is always helpful even when adding a night on the fly. Cleaning staff is excellent because I check everything! Love the blackout blinds. Only complaintthe bed in this room were a little more firm than I'm used too.

Nice place and friendly staff. Room was nice but side facing interstate was louder than expected. Tub faucet leaked and was very hard to get the shower operational, but overall a nice place.

Nice place overall, however having a room on the side with the interstate can be a little annoying as some loud cars will be heard throughout the night. Tub faucet wouldn't turn off completely making a little noise as well all night Breakfast was good and fresh.

Loved this place! Nice people, especially Shelby and Dee. Very clean comfortable, private rooms that you can't hear your neighbors. A little extra money but so worth it especially if you have a family because they provide complementary breakfast. Also very close to shops and dinning. Strongly recommend this place. Bedding was so comfortable I wanted to take it home! :)

We had a great stay here! Our room was huge and very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great - easy to get to and lots of free parking, plus the outlet mall is within walking distance. Really good breakfast and the serving area is nice and big so even though it was busy, it never felt crowded. Would love to go back.

Another great facility. Spacious rooms that are new and exceptionally clean, this has become my hotel of choice for West Valley. Although not able to utilize the pool and other services, this staff maintains a beautiful property with ample parking, large breakfast area, quick freeway access, and quality staff. Being just west of Wesgate, everything you need is walking distance away. Music, bars, shopping, and food choices will have walking in circles just trying to decide on a place to eat. Definitely will be staying here again. P.S. breakfast starts at 6am and has everything. Most local hotels start at 7, but I always need to be on site by 7. It's nice being able to sit and eat rather than being forced to find a fast food dive.

I called and made a reservation around 30 days in advance. When I made the reservation I explicitly asked if the hotel was part friendly, I have a medium sized black lab/boxer mix. I was told yes that the dog would be fine and was given the room rate and confirmation information. I assumed all would go well.
Then, while moving and enroute, I decided to call the hotel to make sure everything was ok. I was then told by the person at the front desk that the was a problem with the reservation. I was, at first, told that there was a mechanical issue. The individual on the phone quickly told me that the hotel had already moved my reservation to their "sister" hotel (Home 2 Suites).
Since it seemed like everything was taken care of, I thanked the individual at the Hilton and called Home 2 Suites. I confirmed the reservation and asked to ensure that the price of the hotel would not have changed. At this point is told that the room rate was the same but I was now responsible for a "non-refundable $75 pet cleaning deposit" . I asked why the fee (since a deposit is refundable) was applied and was told that since I had a post the fee SAS required. I told the individual that at no time when making the reservation (originally with the Hilton) was a pet cleaning fee brought to my attention. The person in the phone then told me that I was mistaken and that the Hilton doesn't accept pets (except for service animals). I explained that no one told me that (or about any fee) during the reservation but the Home 2 Suites employee told me that I was mistaken.
Overall I was now responsible for a $75 fee that no one told me about while I was making a pet friendly reservation (which I have always understood to be a reservation where pets are welcomed and not a twin to apply a fee). The Hilton employee seemed to not show any customer service/relations abilities; no phone call about the issue with the reservation (which when I asked what the issue was for the second time I was then told it was an overbooking issue and not mechanical), no real ability to explain the situation and surely no warmth or caring to the circumstances.
Being late at night I really had no options (1 am with my wife and the daughters) but to take the reservation with Home 2 Suites. When I checked in there, the night manager was great. He had reduced the price of my room reservation to compensate for the $75 pet cleaning fee and was very nice (I honestly have no issue with the fee, but care more that no one told me about it before/during the reservation or when a problem was discovered. I understand the need of a deep cleaning to prevent allergic reactions.).
However, the problems with these "sister" hotels didn't end there. When the Hilton moved my reservation to Home 2 Suites, Home 2 Suites charged the reservation cost ($189 +tax) right away. When the night manager attempted to help us out by changing our room rate the hotel proceeded to then charge my card the second amount as well. So I was charged almost $375 for a subtle night's stay that should have cost me around $225. Again, no one told me about a mistaken charge but left it for me to discover (the new front desk person I talked to was helpful though).

I would not recommend either of these hotels. A simple phone call and some customer service capabilites would have gone a long way.

This is a great hotel located in the perfect place. It is not as expensive as the Embassy, but I am sure has most of the same amenities. The best part was the location to the arena. We didn't have to fight traffic after the concert. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Attn: Hampton Inn I want to thank you and the staff for a very enjoyable, holiday stay at your hotel. Although I didn’t directly stay, my wife and daughter wanted to visit her mother and other daughter and her kids for the Christmas Holidays. The Hampton Inn brand, has always been a first choice, for me, when I travel around the state. On my occasional trips to Texas and Kansas City, the “Hampton” Brand always has a comfortable room waiting for me. Ana and Deborah related to me to excellent service, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room provided. (No surprise there) This is the same standard I’ve come to know over the many years, throughout my travels. Your hotel staff actually awarded me a “Person of the Day Award” which was totally unexpected, kinda funny, since I didn't actually travel, but well received by my family.. I just wanted to say, Thank you for the Excellent service and comfort you provide while we are away from home…
