Never stayed there myself, but a lot of my customer stay there. They all love the rooms, but I have had breakfast there a few times. Its always good.

The hotel is very nice. I am in the Hilton Honors floor, and the room is very nice. The hotel is within walking distance of the outdoor mall.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early as we were in town for a wedding and needed to get ready. Cookies are good, beds comfy, rooms are cleanwhat more could you need.

Staff were professional and kind, grounds and rooms were clean. Very disappointed that there was no Continental breakfast and the price of the buffet. Disappointed in the quality of the internet.

I LOVE the bar and the people that go to to. I am a very frequent visitor because of it. . . .I even moved across town and still go out of my way to go there.

The theme and atmosphere is very nice at the hotel. It feels like walking into Atlantis. The rooms were comfortable. The only problem I had was that my room smelt like sweaty socks when I walked in.

Normally we love this place, but we get there and they have no beer what so ever! Then we get s 7 and 7 and it tasted horrible. Like they poured cheap whiskey in it! So disappointed. We love the rooms and atmosphere. Hopefully a new bar manager. Come on your in a nice area with the name Hilton.

It would probably be a bit better here if they weren't understaffed especially in the restaurant. And try not to stay on the top floor, the acoustics are weird. We were in bed and could hear someone's TV or them having a loud phone conversation either next door or below us. But if you stuck your head out in the hallway you didn't hear anything so we couldn't even figure out who it was to ask them to tone it down.

Would not stay here again, booked a room with points but was charged just under 300. Took several emails to correct BUT this should've never happened. Hotel was average.

When paying $250 per night, I certainly don't expect to have spiders in my room or face towels with holes in them. I have a photo, but I can't figure out how to post it to this review.
Rooms are in need of an update. You do have the digital key option, which is nice and shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away.response / report this review -

Very nice from check-in to check-out. Location is great w/ easy access to several key areas nearby. Ample parking. Facility is clean, modern, and spacious. Staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive; this includes the front desk, cleaning crew, and food service. Rooms are large and well maintained. The only negative is the window AC units which can be a bit noisy. Big whoop.
