Reasonable rates, pet friendly one of the better Breakfast rooms.. We were to be in and out of Phoenix for several days, needing more centralized spot for the running around. For some reason the booking com reservation did not show up. I was told it would be no problem, it was not. The rooms are showing some wear which equate to the age of the structure, nothing making them unlivable a few maintenance items I noted were actually taken care of almost immediately. Management and the Staff were very good.

Went in at 7:30am on 11/24/17 to pay for an additional day for family that was staying there. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before the desk agent would even acknowledge me. Apparently the random conversation he was having with other guests was more important. I was then rudely greeted so it appeared to me that I was bothering this rude individual and the last thing he wanted to do was help me. Luckily we were able to move my family to another place with a more friendlier staff. First impressions go along way and I’m definitely not impressed with this location.

This hotel “lost” my reservation. I just drove 7 hours from Albuquerque so I was pretty exhausted by the time I got to the hotel so I was just ready to crash. Went to the hotel front desk to check in last night and they said they didn’t have any reservation under my name and to call the people whom I booked through. Talked to them and they had to contact the hotel to see what was going on. Still couldn’t figure it out so I was left without a hotel at 11pm at night. The front desk girl did absolutely nothing to help in this scenario. I'm seriously disappointed but if this happened and I didn’t even stay here, I can only imagine what else would have happened if I did end up staying here. So even though this place is a little cheaper, splurge those extra bucks and find somewhere better to stay because this place and it’s drama is not worth it.

Rooms were clean, updated, and the complex felt safe. The ice machine was busted and there were very little frills. It worked for me as an overnight option. I would recommend this hotel, just don't take any towels they track them so make sure you count them when you check in and check out. I left a note with all of mine present and accounted for in the morning.

The staff is wonderful the manager is awful
They do not appreciate your business. After staying at the hotel for 8 weeks My husband went to pay the front desk to extend our stay and there system was down. My husband ask to be notified when there system was up and running. They didn't notify him. Instead they deactivated our room cards and sent security to through my dad out of the hotel room. Me and my husband with at dinner at the time. I was enraged when I found out they sent security to my dad's room. Our telephone number was on file they could have calld us and tell us their system was ready. We were there for 8 weeks.

Worst place we have stayed in so far. The GM waa the most rudest GM I have ever met. Our beds were dirty and sheets and comforter were stained. Asked him, "what he would do in this situation?" After his response of, "what do you want me to do about it?" Inn a rude voice and attitude. First we got a room that didn't have air conditioning.gave us another room. This had stains on sheets and comforter. Asked for new sheets, those were stained. We are afraid to take a shower in that bathroom. Their is still hair in the bath tub and cheerios on the floor in there from the last guest. Yes, cheerios in the bathroom. The blow dryer has something nasty on the handle, so you are not able to use it. They didn't clean our room while we were gone all day (posted a pic) after the GM assured us he was going to have the supervisor from housekeeping clean it. Do not stay at this place. You can hear your neighbors. They was an altercation outside the first night (yes we had to reluctantly stay the second night) where cops and ambulance were on scene. The staff in the front are nice, but the rest of the staff are rude as hell! Even the lady serving breakfast is rude. Wish they invested as much on their rooms and staff like they did with their front lobby. It is far from the main parts of Phoenix too. It is a 20+ min drive to Tempe. Not worth the money. We are paying the extra money to stay at La Quinta or Aloft, they never disappoint for the price. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

General Mgr. was extremely rude, harassing and intimidating to me even falsely accusing me of destroying the hotel room and causing my autistic son's self inflicted injuries. He made false accusations of damage done to the room. Police confirmed there was no damage as he accused to get us to leave his hotel. My son is nonverbal and makes loud noises. I am almost certain this was his way of making us leave early before our check out date. He went so far to threaten to call child protective services and even called the police on me. A NIGHTMARE place to stay. WORST experience you could imagine as a special needs family. The police came and said his false accusations were completely unfounded. BEWARE if you have children and stay here!!!

Do not stay at this Quality Inn unless you like cockroaches, large unfriendly dogs to greet you, hearing every word of your neighbors' conversations/ what they're watching on television at all hours and overcrowded/understaffed breakfast area in the morning. There are many other motels in same area that can't possibly be as bad as this one.

The hotel itself was fine, it had been recently updated and the furnishings were nice. The four things preventing this hotel from getting 5 stars are: when we got to our room the AC unit was in total disarray - it was completely taken apart and we had to get in touch with the hotel staff at 10pm, the shower was physically dirty, it was so loud - there is a sushi restaurant that the hotel butts up to. The staff played music from their truck for a couple of hours while cleaning and then at 3 am the garbage truck came through and made several loud crashing stops, finally, the breakfast was so terrible - not many options and what options were ther felt poor and almost forgotten about.

This hotel is located right off the interstate and very easy to get to. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious however it was missing soap and after waiting an hour for them to deliver it we had to walk up to the front desk and ask for it. Full breakfast included with stay and was hot and delicious.

First they charged us after we had reserved online and paid, after multiple visits with the front desk and phone calls the charges were reversed but it should have never happened. As far as the hotel, it's a bit loud especially the air conditioner. Sleep was not bad and the breakfast was not too shabby.

Update.. They charged our account again after we checked out, and after numerous phone calls and visits it was finally reversed after two weeks!!

Hey Quality Inn, How can you see the reservation but not see the room was already paid for?.. Seems crooked

Very clean atmosphere especially the rooms. Staff greets everyone with respect and a hello each and every time. Our stay was extremely pleasant and we will return back. There has been quite an improvement compared to last year. Manager Cole is also attentive to the quest. Thank you Frankie for your housekeeping service. The room was very clean.

Our stay here was perfect. The front desk staff have very good customer service skills. The rooms are very nice. I loved the mirrors in the bathroom area. The bed is very comfy and they provide lots of comfy pillows and the television makes it even better. Microwave and mini fridge in the room was a big plus. Only downside was that the shower was looked a little used and beat up but water temperature and pressure were perfect. And to end our stay we had breakfast in the lobby and it was perfect. Hot foods, cold foods, coffee, fruit, etc. very nice hotel. I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel. You won't regret it.
