For Holiday Inn Express the quality was very good. The serviced and breakfast for good. The word the rooms were clean and the quality was as expected. The location is great if you want to be near the Gila Arena. The bars and restaurants nearby are Cheney but that's no fault of the hotel. Overall I would stay here again if I need to be in the area

Very clean hotel. We had an issue with our room when we originally checked in but were taken care of immediately. Efren was courteous and professional. Rooms are big and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Hot tub wasn't very hot more like warm. The fire pit was cool. The bathroom wasn't that great fit the price paid for the king suite

Good location, close to Westgate. Friendly and accommodating staff for our group of about 30 people. Nice breakfast.

Worst experience ever with Manager! He was extremely rude and didn't care if we stayed or left. My Aunt who is 60 has been a member for many years and always stays at Holiday Inn Express when traveling. She booked her room months in advance but was still told it was not available the day she arrived to check-in. By the time the Manager came out of his office, she was in tears. He did not apologize or show any sympathy. He merely told her they were all booked for the night and that she could come back the next night to finish her stay or she could call 800 number to ask for a refund. He then abruptly walked away. I spent the next 3 hours on the phone with the hotline manager who was also no help. Needless to say my Aunt will NEVER stay with Holiday Inn and has cancelled her membership status. Beware!

We had the best time at this hotel they have a wonderful pool that even has fountains. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest the staff was extremely nice Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I will most definitely come back :-)

Reserve early if near college move-in or move-out as otherwise this hotel is booked solid. It's a great hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly and willing to go the extra step to help if needed.

No desk, one outlet between two beds and printer out of my inn in business center. Location was excellent but functionality in room could have been better.

Called ahead and asked for a handicapped room. Got that with dirty sheets on both beds. Hair and some pricing plastic thing in one bed and the other one had what looked like skid marks on the sheets. Moved everything to another room and was dead tired because we had worked all day. My son who lost his leg in an accident wanted to swim in the pool with his two nephews. Again we called ahead and they said yes we have the lift's to get in the pool. They sure did but they hadn't worked in months. Lies, lies, dirty room and things for the handicapped not even working. Oh and I can't tell you how many "I'm so, so, so sorry so" I heard. However, so, so, so sorry didn't allow our loved ones to access the pool. So, so, so sorry didn't help me move all the luggage and things to the new room. I'll drive straight through or sleep in my car before I stay at HIE again. Thanks but I'm usually tired once I get to a motel.

The staff is courteous and respectful. The hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture needs to be replaced. Holes in the curtains and bedskirt. The breakfast was good, as always. Although they need to replace the lobby furniture. With some work, this would be a decent place convenient to the sports stadiums.

Stayed here several times to visit some family. The service was great, the rooms were great. I always love the hot breakfast they provide. The pool is a great size and had sections such that it could handle a decent crowd.
