We booked over 25 rooms for a wedding and the staff was excellent. They helped us coordinate people arriving from all over the country, the rooms were very clean and they had a nice breakfast each morning. The pool is heated, they have a nice outdoor patio area and pet-friendly rooms. The hotel is right off the freeway providing good access to the East Valley and only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. As a frequent traveler this is one of the nicest Residence Inns that I've stayed at.

The rates aren't bad and they have a nice little snack store if you get hungry. Walking distance from a dairy queen and burger king and gas station. Onsite laundry and a full kitchen with a nice heated pool with spa and gas fire pit with plenty of seating. Pets are also welcome. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because if you're on the first floor, be prepared to hear everything above you, especially if they have kids. There is also a half court basketball area and small putting green.

This place is a Home away from Home. I guess that's why they are the Residence Inn, right? We were lucky enough to stay HERE after a pipe burst in our home June 2017. The initial tragedy was terrible enough in the heat, but at least we had a dog-friendly, people- friendly place to LIVE for 4-5months, during the renovation. They have hot and cold breakfast EVERYDAY, and "social evening" offerings for the 1st couple days of the week ( appetizers, simple grill foods, or restaurant trucks). The front desk (Folau, Courtney, Ali, Janae, &everyone else was SO amazing)are super friendly and accommodating, & the housekeeping is FANTASTIC! I calculated the price to LIVE here, only because it was so pleasant. But you get what you pay for, and this place is EXCELLENT!

This is a really nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely have family or friend stay here when they're in the area if they don't fit in the house.

Due to a household issue we lived in the residence inn for two weeks. We loved the fire pit, breakfast, pool, cleaning services, and nightly happy hours. The staff was super friendly and helpful during a stressful time in our lives.

This is a newly built residence inn with very nice and roomy suites. The staff is very friendly. The location is very convenient for accessing things on the east side of Phoenix.

The rooms were nice but a little small for a two bedroom two bath. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the window was just a dirty plain empty lot and left much to be desired. Overall I had a good experience at this hotel.

The staff on all shifts were 100% awesome. Business center area with High Speed service was very convenient. Staff assisted with digital sender, copying, and provided office supplies to make life simple in the hotel. Hotel was very clean in all areas and the housekeeping personnel were very friendly each day we saw them.

Wonderful property. Clean, safe, close to the 60 freeway, quiet, nice amenities. The complimentary breakfasts have a nice variety to choose from. The staff is helpful and courteous. We enjoy the social hour on Mondays and Tuesdays. It's a good, temporary, replacement for home.

I've stayed here multiple times (several times for more than a week) and it's starting to slip.
Checking in they didn't even try to see if they had my room preference, didn't get my rewards number input and didn't seem very warm and welcoming.
The room was missing multiple kitchen items and they've stopped providing skin lotion.
They have only been offering evening snacks 3 nights a week and no longer provide any adult beverages at all.
Yes these are all little things, but it's sad management has allowed it to slip from a 5-star experience to just so-soresponse / report this review -

This is a nice place to stay. The property is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. There's a nice fire pit on the patio with a nice pool and hot tub to relax after long day. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I would definitely suggest staying here if you are doing business in the area.

Stayed 4 nights while visiting family. Room was scrupulously clean with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, working TV (it's surprising how many hotels have less-than-quality TV or cable system), great breakfast in the mornings and a good fitness room. Above all, hotel staff (especially front desk) was accommodating, professional, welcoming, helpful beyond words - an absolute pleasure to deal with. My flight home was delayed several hours after I checked out, and I was welcomed to sit in the lobby where I could have coffee, read or watch TV in one of the small "cubicles", and generally wait in comfort rather than having to sit hours at the airport. Great facility, and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed two nights at this lovely property while attending a family wedding! This property is the same building/contractor as the Courtyard in Sedona/brand new in October 2016. Nicely kept and great stay; the food for breakfast was not so good and there are far too many dogs allowed in this hotel. BUT, the staff/Courtney and the hotel itself is lovely! And easily accessible.
