Stayed for a few nights in a king suite and was very happy with it. Location was good and amenities at the hotel (free breakfast, drinks and snacks) we're also good. The room was a little dark and could have used either more lights or higher watt bulbs but that was the only downside I can think of.

I was Amazed by this Hotel. I got a room on short notice, at a price I hadn't been able to get at a hotel that didn't offer Breakfast-Dinner or free soda all day. Was perfect for a date-night out. Saw family gatherings in there dinning. The staff were helpful polite and negotiated on price when they were clearly nearly full.Bar made a great impression on someone who enjoys martinis. Business shuttle, marble and granite top floors- counters ,excellent huge rooms the list goes on. This is the hotel I'd go to if in North Phoenix again or Phoenix at all hands down . Top notch.

Service five stars. Breakfast three and a half Stars mostly because it's the same thing every day. Dinner I recommend eating out but you can't beat three complimentary cocktails per person per night between 5 and 7 p.m. rooms could really use an update, Furniture is dingy and outdated. So overall I give them four stars mostly because customer service is excellent and employees really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. So if you're looking for a comfy place to stay that is not going to cost you an arm and a leg this would be it. Given the opportunity I would definitely use them again.

Sincerely courteous, attentive staff. Large, clean rooms. Free buffet breakfast to include actual hot breakfast food, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Clean spacious dining area. Quality coffee!!!! Soft bed and large bathroom. My top pick in Phoenix.

Amazing customer service. I arrived three hours before check in and they we're able to find me a room. The 5:30 kickback is amazing and the food was good, it was very convenient as there isn't a lot of diners near by. Dinner was a buffet style with some choices, the potato bar was delicious, as well as three alcohol beverages included. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Wold definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel with all amenities. Free breakfast, soda and evening snacks available. There is free popcorn in the evening as well. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping service is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful

What an amazing hotel! So comfortable and clean! For a great price too. Yummy breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Not made to order but has waffle iron and things like that. We'll definitely be back!

It's a wonderful hotel. Staff is very nice. Generally check-in starts at 3.00 pm. I called at 12.15 pm to check the check-in timings, they checked the room and said it available and I came check-in at anytime , that was really wonderful. They have morning breakfast and evening snacks for no extra cost. Service is at top notch.

Never would have guessed that a hotel for this low price would have such a wonderful professional staff. I especially have to thank Rick for providing THE BEST SERVICE I've ever experienced in any hotel and I will be booking this place again thanks to him and skipping JW Marriott. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area, free breakfast and dinner, with snacks in between. They also offer free 3 drink vouchers for beer, wine, and mixed drinks. They are very family friendly at a reasonable price!

Fabulous! That's all I can say about this place! Very helpful, friendly staff, very professional and treat you like family! Free breakfast, free dinner and a few free drinks every night! Room was nice! Pool and hot tub where great. Amazing experience! I will definitely try to stay here again!

This was a weekend getaway for my grandson and myself. Location was easily accessible. We enjoyed the free breakfast, free popcorn, wasn't able to go swimming but the indoor/outdoor combined pool looked very inviting. We also enjoyed the 5:30 kickback dinner. (3 alcoholic beverages limit was also not used) but we did eat chili cheese dogs, nachos, dinner salad, baked potato, and Alfredo pasta. The menu is not the same every time so that was another good feature. Beds were comfortable and everything worked in the room we had. One of the elevators was broken leaving only the one working. But even with that the wait wasn't especially long. The rooms were not exceptionally clean, they were acceptable. I will stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! The hotel is nicely decorated. The location is not in a super busy place so that was super nice. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast and supper meals were excellent! Great service and amenities, clean rooms, nice pool and spa, good views. Great great great breakfast spread. Lots of options. Good location near highway but not super close to downtown Phoenix. However, it only put us 1.5 hours from Sedona which was nice.

Nice place. The view out of the windows is whatever. Would stay here again definitely. Breakfast in the morning for guests. The night I stayed there was a complimentary drink and pasta bar for guests. If you get the room with a jet tub it will fit 2 adults comfortably. Only thing keeping from 5 stars in no smart TV and the coffee maker in the room is lacking. There is a fridge and microwave.

Stayed 01/14/17. Very nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast & snacks were good. Only thing I didn't like is the pool. They have ceramic tile around the indoor pool & hot tub. It's so slippery that you almost have to crawl to the chairs. Someone is going to get very hurt someday if they don't change it.
