Our family visited Four Seasons Resort for Cookies with Clause family event. The lobby had a great tree, staff and other guests were very friendly. The event was well planned out and enjoyable for the entire family. We made ornaments, decorated cookies and made cookies. The resort is always a great place to take a seat or walk around and enjoy some quiet time with great views of the valley.

Beautiful five star resort. Top notch service, with lots of friendly, helpful staff. Great drinks and fresh, well made food. Very clean. The grounds are beautifully laid out with lots of little extras, like large open fireplaces at night, mesquite charcoal burners, water fountains, and plants. The resort is also very well built and maintained; the pools, rooms, grounds, spa, and restaurants all have high quality construction. We've stayed at a bunch of South American resorts, and while beautiful, they've always been cheaply built (stuff broken in the room, shoddy furniture, doors drag on the ground etc). This place had been built to last, with attention to detail, and it makes the stay extra enjoyable.

Perfect! Long weekend stay for group of couples. Close to golf, great restaurants and hiking. Celebrated my 50th birthday here.

Outstanding. You feel like you're in the middle of a somehow lush desert. Incredible colors, towering cacti, and a pool you won't want to leave.

Really love this place. Very clean and well maintained. Conference rooms were large and staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were well furnished (up to date) and clean. The only complaint, its hot in Arizona and internet connection could have been better.

Beautiful setting, top notch customer service which is why I love Four Season resorts. The restaurants were fabulous on sight as well as the pool. There is an adult only pool which I appreciate. I was also impressed with the fitness center equipment. Will definitely be back.

My stay, which included spa service, was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable, as was the shower and bath. The grounds and surrounding desert we're stunning and peaceful. We had an overall great time here, and plan to be back!

Can't give 5 stars because I was not a guest overnight on the property. Visited a friend, had a great dinner on site, and walked the grounds after dessert. Nestled in a beautiful location in N Scottsdale in the Foothills with a view of the city and southern mountains from the outdoor bar area that will take your breath away. Room and staff was what you would expect from a Four Seasons. Definitely on the list for a staycation in the near future!

I was anticipating to be blown away because it was a Four Seasons property. The service and lodging was good service and good rooms, not great but good. The only thing that saved it from 3 stars is that we were there for a wedding and it was 5-star. So, a 5 star wedding and 3 star service, amenities and dated lodging = a 4 star rating. I guess I should have lowered my expectations

Beautiful resort. Much different than other four seasons resorts I've stayed it because it utilized architecture designs of the area. Very nice staff as well. Came for a wedding and their facilities for this were top notch.

We loved this place. The scenery is awesome and the staff is always warm and welcoming. The amenities are great as well. There are three pools, kids, family, and adults only; plus a hot tub. The restaurants are terrific and worth going to. The resort is walking distance to Pinnacle Peak park and a short drive from Tom's Thumb park. The only downside was it's distance from most things we wanted to do in Scottsdale.

Offers casitas option. Famous casual and upscale restaurants. The gift shop is good for all special occasions. One of my favorite shoes were bought here 5 yr ago and are still like new. Too bad they no longer carry them.
