We stayed at The Paddock this time, and it was lovely. We were close to the bus stop and the pool in our studio room. We had a great time. The buses always struggle getting around all of the stops, and you'll wait on one to pick you up from the parks for thirty minutes or more most times. That's not enough to detract from our excellent stay, however.

We have been coming here every time we go to Disney since o was little. My parents are DVC members, this being their home resort. It's always so clean, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. My husband actually came down with a cold during the trip and they made it a point to call us to check on him after getting a Dr here, said if we needed anything at all, they would get it to us. I've actually heard accounts of the staff bringing you chicken soup, crackers, etc free of charge here if you are too sick to leave your room. It's one of the best places to stay on Disney property, and it's hard to decide to stay anywhere else!

Really large and clean rooms with plenty of beds, this is a Disney vacation club hotel but it is possible to book here anyway. One of the things we really enjoyed was the boat access to Disney springs and the turf club restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem in resort dining We will return this coming January based on the staff and general location of the resort. There could be a larger bar in the lounge but we did okay anyway. Nice view and landscaping from all rooms And they also have a BBQ grill on site if you want to feed yourself!

This hotel is lovely. The parking is free. The main pool area is very nice. Lots of good food options, fast casual food and sit down service. The only bad thing is that the room you get might be very far from amenities like the pool or the dining areas, though there is all internal bus system. You are also right across from Disney springs and they're is a walking path to get from springs to the hotel.

Very picturesque resort with horse racing themed setting with a golf course located in the centre. Bus timing for the parks could be more clearly indicated as they are roughly every 30 minutes and it can be frustrating as they are never at a set time. The Magic Kingdom bus seems to be the least regular despite being the largest and most popular of the parks. Staff are all very welcoming and this had been our second stay here. Great disabled access throughout resort and all of the parks including on the buses. The Artist's Pallete cafe is perfectly pleasant but the for is very samey. Also the allergy menu is not very extensive. All of the pools are well maintained. The main pool is constantly manned by three lifeguards who are very vigilant and allow you to relax knowing that your kids are safe even when they are out of sight. Would definitely recommend a visit and would go back in a heartbeat.

I went to Senses spa two times on my trip (I've also been twice before). The first time was lackluster. The hot stone massage was awesome, but the jacuzzi was broken, the lights didn't work in the steam room, the shower had no hot water and I waited forever for a complimentary glass of champagne that never came. The second time, the massage (the foot and leg option) was "meh," but the facilities were all working and very relaxing. I still give the spa a 4 star rating because my previous trips were great. No complaints at all. I would go back again, but another less-than-great experience might put me off if it happened again. It's too expensive not to be a 5 star experience.

One bedroom villa not really worth the price. Location okay, but if you don't have a car and are bus dependent, be wary; bus service can be highly variable and VERY inconvenient. 15 min walk from our room to main services building/food- but you can pay for room service delivery. Jacuzzi was broken day one, but staff did fix the next day. Check in is at 4pm, and we not able to any earlier (we arrived at the hotel after 2pm) and had to call at 8pm (we went out to a park around 3 and weren't at the hotel and no one ever contacted us when we were told they'd text us- but no text, no email, nada) to find out which room was ours. I've never had so many speed bumps my first 24 hours at a hotel, there were a few other not as significant problems too, and I could probably let most of it go but for the price, I was really hoping for something nicer, more efficient and cleaner.

We got a villa that sleeps 13. It was a spacious, fully appointed house with 4 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. No other word to describe the villa except "marvelous". I have no complaint whatsoever about the room/amenities. Even had washer / dryer. The resort itself was beautiful and within walking distance of Disney Springs for easy access to shopping and dining. I would recommend this particular resort for older guests as it has a more mature vibe. Those with toddlers etc. might want to look into other Disney resorts geared more for children.

Location is convenient and near all Disney parks. I have stayed at this hotel in other occasions and always have an excellent experience, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this time. The room was too dusty (fan, doors, air vents, etc.). The beds were clean but headboard was dusty. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable which is not the norm at this hotel. The cherry on top was finding some feces on the stairwell in the morning, reporting it to one of the employees and coming back late at night to find out that still there - I had to called the front desk which took action right away. I have always being proud of staying at the Disney's hotel because their service is excellent and rooms are immaculate but this time was a big disappointment. In other hand room service was excellent as usual - awesome food and courteous staff.

Update: someone tried to called me when I was at work, since I was busy and couldn't response they left a voicemail. I called back and left a voicemail since they didn't response - never received a call back.

We were worried that the location would difficult to find once we entered Disney property but it was very easy to find. Once entering Saratoga Springs, the gate security was very nice and welcomed us and gave us directions to our family's location. The rooms were very spacious and nice and clean. Overall very impressed with the property!

Great rooms with king sized beds, kitchen and washer/dryer. Pool is fun with a mid sized water slide. Bus times to parks are fairly short and the bus stop sign boards let you know how long until the next bus. The on-site restaurants are good. We've stayed here multiple times.

We stayed in the tree house villas. Perfect for larger families. We cooked most nights but had pizza delivered one night and it was great. Also loved the variety of pools and activities. Saratoga Springs is on of the best Disney properties everyone is extremely helpful we loved it so much we are coming back in August. 5 stars all around.

I stayed in one of the Vacation Club Tree Houses. It was very spacious and clean. The tree house was close to the swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms were spacious. Television in every room, that my grandchildren loved. There was also a coffee pot and coffee in the kitchen. I would recommend this to my friends.

Great Disney resort for those who like to feel away from the Mouse, but still have all those extra Disney touches. The resort feels very spread out with several unique Villas. We stayed in a luxe studio, which fit our needs perfectly. The room was clean and quiet. We also had a patio with two chairs and a small table. The resort offers four pools and a small playground. Three of the pools have kids' splash pad/slides. We really enjoyed the Paddock pool because it had a better kids' area, a bigger adult slide, and it was away from the main pool, so it was actually much quieter. The resort is walking distance from Disney Springs and a bus ride away from the rest of Disney World. This was an excellent stay and a resort we are sure to come back to.
