Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convinient to the airport but not an especially good value.

This Residence Inn didn't disappoint either. We're loving all of them we've stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. They have a bar & grill called The Library. We had dinner and drinks there and the food and service were exceptional! We shared the flatbread pizza and the 5 pepper chicken. We were celebrating my birthday weekend so after our dinner they surprised me with a slice of chocolate cheesecake that was to die for! They make all of their cheesecake in house. The chef, kitchen staff and Amanda who tends bar, waits tables and delivers room service, all need to be commended!

Loved this hotel. Great rooms, nice breakfast, excellent shuttle service. The area is nice too. They have the Grapevine Mills mall across the street and many restaurants close by.

Very nicehas a restaurant and bar as well as other eats you can walk to. Good food and drinks. ..great breakfast. ..man making omelette or eggs to order in addition to all the regular things. They were truly dog friendly.but it costs a bit.would stay again!

This was our first stay at a residence inn. I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the room. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, as well as dishes! Although we were here only for a few days, we took advantage of the breakfast spread that Marriott put out, it was awesome! Great variety, and didn't taste or look cheap. The staff at this hotel was so courtieuous and pleasant, every one of them had a smile, and kind greeting faces! Definitely recommend!

We conduct our meetings at this hotel and are extremely pleased with the customer service we recieve from this hotel. Cristina Tubbs in sales is wonderful and is very attentive to her customers meeting needs.

Great breakfast staff however the room was another story. My toilet wasn't flushing when I first arrived. I had to call the front desk twice to get it repaired. There was a long chip along the lip of the glass in which slightly cut my lip. There were bugs crawling around the floor of the sink near the bathroom. The batteries were dead in the remote. I would not recommend keeping any luggage open during your stay. You may take home an uninvited guest. Free wifi is laughable.

Great property. Everything as expected. Good breakfast included, bar/grill in property, outdoor pool, rooms are excellent, very silent A/C with in room thermostat, good water pressure. Exellent PERIOD.

Hotel's employees are all very pleasant and helpful. Coming quite often in that place, you can enjoy the fitness room and also the pool to relax. The restaurant provide good meals. Nearby you have a mall and few good place for a bite.

Very clean. Restaurant seems nice. Breakfast/lounge area was still messy well into the afternoon. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I wish they had more sports channels in the room.

Comfortable stay. Our suite was very spacious. Bed was decent. Room door was hard to open, and the bathroom door hard to close. Bar downstairs was fun. Close to the air port.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was outstanding at all levels. If they had a little time, they would even sit down and chat with you in the lounge. So friendly. Being there for a few weeks, the Sunday and Thursday socials were a welcome break from the job.

My husband and I stayed 2 night at this Marriott and it was wonderful!! Myriam the front desk attendant was amazing and very sweet. She was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Also, the food within the restaurant was so delicious, the steak was so tender! The bartender Javier is such a hard worker and great bartender, he and made me the best Cosmos I've ever had. The experience was incredible and we will definitely be returning to this hotel again!
