Cozy, nice and clean. Helpful & professional staff. Nice and quiet. Lots of surrounding places and activities in the Grapevine area.

The staff was helpful and understanding when our a.c. didn't work, and quickly got us a new room. The tub was huge and amazing, which made up for the pool being ice cold and outdoor.
The breakfast was decent but the bar wasn't planned well. The line for waffles gummed up the whole process due to placement and lack of space.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious room. There isn't anything really close by so you either have to walk 20 minutes to the mall or restaurants or take an Uber! The hotel itself is fantastic!

We were staying in Grapevine to go to “Ice” at the Gaylord. Didn’t want to stay there and chose this hotel based off of value and location. We were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My son loved the jet tub in the room. Breakfast was less than expected, but for what we paid not a deal breaker. There was renovations going on, but not a big deal.

The new renovations here are awesome. The rooms are wonderful, clean and bright. Staff is amazing and helpful. The Jacuzzi tub is wonderful too. Very nice place.

Was told to wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport and was told to look out for multiple shuttle types, i.e. comfort inn, Hampton inn, and it never came even after calling the hotel multiple times. Had to wait 3 hours before calling any uber. Management was extremely rude, especially with an easy fix such as switching a defective iron or asking a simple question like a good place to eat. Not only that but the glares and unfriendly attitude is not that of good hospitality. The front desk associate Catherine, was the only redeeming quality of the place.

We had a horrible experience here. They double booked rooms, much like flights, and blamed it on a "glitch" in the system and the front desk staff was not polite at all. I have never taken the time to write a review on any site, but this experience was horrible. We had just come from our WEDDING and wanted to stay the night here before our flight the next morning. We show up at 11pm and they tell us that our room was taken and that they "called around" to see if other hotels had vacancies. Of course they didn't, so we had to drive to FLOWER MOUND, 20 minutes away, after all the back and forth with the front desk. My wife specifically wanted this hotel for after the wedding (King suite, jacuzzi tub, fridge, etc.), and instead we get a normal hotel room with two queen beds somewhere else. We booked this hotel months in advance and were shown the door. Horrible customer service. Someone should not have to worry wether or not they are going to get a room that they booked months ago. The front desk clerk said I could call her boss in the morning, but that didn't help us because it was only a one night stay. I tried calling the corporate number only to be handed off to other people and later disconnected. Just all around bad management.

Great customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The room is super big and I can fit 4 people in my bathtub. I'm not it's just huge. Complimentary soaps are usually not so good. But there's smells fantastic and do really well with my hair. They have a laundry room which needs ventalation. Turns into a sauna if you are drying something. 2 in 1?

Rooms are awesome, clean, comfortable. Bathtub is huge, could easily double for a 4 person hot tub. They also provide complimentary breakfast. The only gripe I had with my visit was that the water went out between 4pm and 8pm. They alerted the guest beforehand that it would, but they said it would only be until be until 6:30pm. I just felt it would be more reasonable to do it in the middle of the night.

The room was wonderful. King sized comfy bed. A nice corner couch. A large tub with Jets. My stay here was heaven. Unfortunately I can only give it four stars because the parking lot was completely full the second night of my stay.

Nice room with large jetted tub with shower. Some apparent water damage to the ceiling suggesting an overflow from the floor above. Bed was a comfortable King bed with lots of extra pillows. Coffee and tea available to make in the room as well as a mini fridge and microwave.
Breakfast was minimal with unimpressive scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, fresh made waffles, yogurt and some fresh fruit but it's free.response / report this review -

The location was very convenient as we simply wanted a place to stay overnight to catch our flight out of Dallas the following day. The room was pretty clean, aside from a few small, green stains on the carpet. The bathroom was great and had a huge tub. It was a refreshing way to relax the night before our early 6 am flight. There was an outdoor pool and hot tub, but this didn't interest me. The hotel shuttle service worked great! We were able to return or rental the day before we left, and Comfort Suites picked us up and brought us to their hotel. The next morning they took us to the airport at 4am - 24hr service! Very convenient. Overall it was a pleasant, convenient experience that worked great with our schedule.

Comfort Suites was a pretty nice hotel. It was clean and well kept. It accommodated our large group.
The breakfast area had several tables and the lobby area had overflow seating available.
There is a convenience store within walking distance. The swimming pool and hot tub are outdoors. The hotel also offers a meeting room, business computer, exercise room & coin op laundry.
In the room was a deep bathtub, hide away couch-bed, mini-fridge, coffee pot, microwave & an Ethernet cable for laptops.
Location is close proximity to Grapevine Mills mall, Bass Pro Shop, Gaylord Texan & several more shops & restaurants.
The negatives: the elevators were somewhat slow even though there are only four floors. The floor display screens in the elevators were vandalized.response / report this review -

Took 40 minutes to check in. Bathroom does not have a fan. Parking is a complete mess, as it shares its space with a neighboring hotel. Overall, room was clean. 10 minutes to DFW airport is a huge plus.
