Door handle was broken, trash left under the kitchen sink from the last guest. There were no wash cloths, one pillow did not have a pillow case. I was there for 2 nights, one tiny bar of soap. There was no coffee maker, toaster or bowls in the so called dish "pack", nor was there dish washing liquid. I had to take the heel of my shoe and beat the shower knob down so that I could run a natural detox bath, after cleaning the tub myself of course!
I lived at the Coit location in Dallas and this place just topped the lack of care and quality that I came to know at the Dallas location. I was soooooo ready to depart there when my time was up! Better to pay a little more for peace of mind and a cleaner room with better housekeeping standards!
I killed a spider and a silverfish as well. Just not a safe place, not to mention trash at the bottom of the stairwell overrunning the garbage cans. I was advised that 4/9 the place was going to be totally redone for the next 4 weeks. Hopefully it ends up better. Some new management could be in order?response / report this review -

My friend is working on the satellite dish which had to be repositioned. From the outside it looks nice. I also seen housekeeping. Right now April 2018 there is sewer construction and the road is tore up for a mile in front of hotel. There is an OLD Wendy's to the South which has the $4 Value Menu. I don't know if I would walk not safe. To the North is Valero, Exxon/7-11, but you can't really walk to them either.

Worst hotel. Worse than any motel you ever lived. Worse than camping. The room is filthy and filled with smell of smoke and I just cant breath. The front desk lady doesn't hide her indifference. All those good comments are fake! I warned you.

The rooms are clean, but in the time we've been here, the hot water was out two days, cable was out there days, and no internet twice all day each time. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone i hated

By far one of the worse hotels I've stayed at. 1 they don't have any housekeeping. If you want clean sheets or towels you have to pack up your dirty laundry and bring it to the front desk. 2 they don't give your anything in your room not even a blow drier you have to ask the desk for everything. 3 we went a whole week without a phone after complaining to them 3 times and nothing was ever done. 4 you can't contact anyone at the front desk after 9. Our keys don't work to get into the reception area and no one answered the door. Not worth $70 a night at all. It should be free then they had the nerve to try to charge us $180 for a Friday night. No thank you. And what really made me feel worse was they were doing pest control through the entire hotel right before we left. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Decent location if you are going to a Cowboys game for a low price room. Only a few miles from the stadium. The rooms are clean and they come with a full size fridge. I will not stay here next time, I'd rather pay more money for a closer and nicer hotel. I would rate this a 2 star hotel.

Roaches crawling around in the shower and dead roaches in bathroom floor. Called front desk and told that someone would spray tomorrow. Turned the sheets back and hair was all over the bed sheets and pillow cases( gross). Chicken bones laying in the window seal. When I spoke with the front desk of course they apologized for my inconvenience and that management would contact me tomorrow (it is now 2 days later and still no call). Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Good place for low cost, but it is low cost. So, everything in room was outdated. Front desk folks are really nice. Uber & Lyft were always close (few min). It is a bit hidden so might be hard to find.

The location is convenient, but difficult to find. The sign is off set and very small. The rooms are disgusting! Very terrible service. We walked into our first room we were assigned. There was trash swept into the corner of the room, trash in the garbage can and the bathroom was completely non functional. There were folded over latex gloves on the faucet of the sink and shower. The shower head and the shower curtain were on the floor! Horrible disgusting. I call the front desk to request a new room. The response I got was, "oh s*** come back down and I'll get you a new room." No apologies were made. I requested help moving our stuff and that was also denied. I asked for some reimbursement for the inconvenience. And the front desk attendant seemed scripted as to say, " I am not authorized to make refunds." Horrible experience. Go to our 2nd room and it is at least somewhat clean looking. But stains on everything: carpet, bedspread, towels. Also the website says full kitchen. I will give them that there in a fridge, stove top*, and microwave in the room. There are no utensils, pots, pans, silverware. I don't really see that as "full" kitchen. We would have went somewhere else to stay, but everything was booked and we had to stay.

First they gave me a room someone was already in. Luckily they were in the shower. Second one looked like it hadn't been occupied or attended to in some time. Dead bugs in shower and drain clogged. One of the smallest and unkempt extended stays I've seen or stayed. Luckily it is just one night.

This is a very affordable, nice and clean, very cozy and quiet hotel to stay in. They have everything in it from refrigerator, Wi-Fi service microwave oven and clean bathrooms. This hotel was very nice and I love it.

Been here for almost and the first three days they didnt have breakfast. The cleaning ladys bang on your door like they are the police, they offer pans and pots but when i asked for one they said they didnt have any. And now they dont have any toilet paper.

Checked in, saw the room, checked out. Its a motel, as in your door exits to the world not a hallway like some goddamn Motel 6. Seriously couldn't handle it for 10 minutes let alone try and sleep

Location was good, staff upon arrival were nice. Our room was that was booked was given to a guest that extended their stay so we got downsized. The comforter had a cigarette burn and was suppose to be removed but never was. They gave us a fold out for that was awful. The springs were so hard. Called several times to get sheets for it and 2 comforters and no one ever came. Over all room was clean and bathroom was nice.

Will never stay here again! Check in took forever, got in my room and couldn't find a trash can, the ac barely worked, the shower had barely trickled and took me 30 minutes to get all the soap off of me, the floors turned my socks black and they don't have an ice machine but the had treys in the freezer that were empty. Who wants to wait for ice? Phone didn't work, shower had moldy tiles, the free continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, little Debbie snacks, and coffee. Then I checked my bank and they charged am extra 83 bucks which they fixed but I still have to wait a couple of days to get that and the 100 deposit! Can't believe I paid 70 bucks for this room!

Lots of problems, but I guess you get what you pay for. I knew it wasn't the W, Lowe's, or the Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria, but whoa!
All in all it ain't the worst. It's fairly clean, safe, warm and cool when I want, has a bed and refrigerator. If you're a Spartan warrior and don't need a lot of fancy Starbucks type of amenities then you'll be just fine. Hell, I've been here over a month, waiting till December to close on my new home.

Nice staff. Rooms are clean. Low rates for a basic place to sleep without a lot of amenities are just right. This particular hotel is right next to an Old Cracker Barrel so a decent place to eat is just a short stroll.

The staff was very helpful and kind! The rooms were surprisingly fans! The location perfect. The second gate needs to be opened. It's a one way and not easy to access.

My experience with Arlington, TX off 360 has been great, I brought a candle cuz I got a smoking rooms. The ladies was training someone new when I arrived yet they still moved fast & professional. Call our room to check on us & told us how to use the WiFi. I hope it doesn't change because I plan on coming back. Cleanness, parking my car close to door, being professional is important to me.

The room was definitely not what I was expecting from the chain of hotels. When we got to the room there were no wash rags in the room. The bed linens were stained and had cigarette burns in them. Stains on the carpet. The staff was friendly. No one emptied the trash or turned over the room. Just a bad place overall.
