This was the 3rd time ive stayed at this hotel. Best la quinta ive ever stayed at. Service was amazing upon entering on such short notice (i was supposed to make ti to tyler tx). They got me a room and i was set. Quick and easy process.
Breakfast here is great compared to other hotels ive stayed at. I would stay again and again if i could!response / report this review -

Just stunned. We always use La Quinta. Have never had a bad stay. Today I called the front desk.toilet was overflowing and it was not just water. the front desk attendant asked me "what do want me to do about it?" What really? He said "I can give you a plunger if you want?"I said uh so I am supposed to solve this? I said "what about Maintenance? Don't you have one?" " Well what am I supposed to do about it?" he said I could plunge it .I said what about the water and stuff am I supposed to just use towels..ok somebody help me understand thishe said he would bring me a mop .and did..if I am a hotel guest I don't expect to deal with the clean up the damn wet towels and filthy mop are still here in the room3 hours later Shame on you La Quinta.this is Not what I expect

Room was clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly. My only con was that the hotel is 100% non-smoking. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Pros: - Comfortable room and bed. - TV and channels were quality. - Pool looked very nice. Cons: -Bathroom had no lock. Neutral: I didn't attend the breakfast.

Nice size room, very clean, great wifi and cable tv. Good breakfast selection. Place to take your dog out and they even offer bags to clean up afterwards. Would recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Stayed there Sunday night june 11, 2017 and woke up the next day with small bite marks all over our bodies. Called and told them also went in so they could see the bites. I was advised by a nurse that it was bed bugs or flea bites. The manager and owner neither one called us back and we paid full price for the room. We had the disinfect all of our clothing and luggage from staying there. Was a horrible experience.

Had a confence room. They didn't remove their tvs from the room, hadnt set up any tables, when asking for more tables was told that was all they had which was 9 only.
