Over all I was disappointed with my stay. I had requested a handicap accessible room near an elevator, which has never been an issue before. At check in they told me that they didn't have a room that matched my specifications and I said that as long as it was handicap accessible I would be okay. The first room we were sent to was not and it was also dirty with mold growing on the walls They eventually got us into a handicap accessible room but it was still not fully clean. There were lots of little things that all just add up like the bed squeaks, the peep hole was loosedo yourself a favor and stay at the other Marriott hotel across the street.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, staff was friendly! The man working the front desk noticed my two boys wearing baseball caps and printed them out baseball coloring pages as we left!

Great stay. They allowed us an early check-in which made the afternoon easier. Breakfast on Sunday was 7 to 9:30 the food very good and well stocked. The room was very clean. I would stay here again.
(The room next to us let their alarm go for 20 minutes before shutting it off. That woke us up too early. So, the shared-door shared their noisy alarm.)

They give my company an amazing price to stay there. They do awesome things on certain days of week. Stayed there on a Tuesday night and they offered a free dinner and drinks. I will definitely stay there again. Plus the rooms are awesome for the longer stays in them. Full kitchen, pots, pans, glasses, plates, and silverware. Everything you will need, plus a dishwasher. Five stars all the way!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette is usually a great option, but the dishes in ours were dirty right in the drawers and cupboards, so that was a turn-off. Also, it is right next to a railway line, so trains can be heard frequently. Fortunately, the heating and cooling system masks the sound while you sleep.

Excellent service, very up to date rooms, kitchens and bathrooms and a great location close to the Coral Ridge Mall, the restaurants on the Coralville strip, and just off Route 6 and I-80. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay here. Room was clean and the staff here is exceptional. Greeting us time we came to the lobby asking if there was anything they could do for us. Very good breakfast. Good location! Will stay here again.

The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen. Close to the hotel is beautiful way to go jogging. It troubled me that the AC was set to 65°F every second or third day. That's too cold for me

Nice place. Even better since they allow my 86lb dog for a small fee. The employees were pleasant to converse with. They had a personality from the front desk to guy cleaning the carpets.

Had brunch here. Location was easy to find, food was great, and the seating area was comfortable. It wasn't very private though, which would have made it much more enjoyable for our group.

Facilities are a good. Paid internet is slower that a drunk turtle. If I pay for it, I expect it to at least meet a typical home internet speed.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Pillows were clearly used, but then I'm a pillow snob.

I booked a room through Expedia at the Residence Inn in Coralville for a football weekend. After checking out, the hotel charged my credit card $1,473. I called to dispute the charge because I already paid for the room through Expedia, the hotel initially apologized and credited my account. Then several months later another $1,473 charge appeared on my credit card from the Residence Inn without any communication. I called AGAIN to dispute the charge, the hotel said they would take care of it, but they never did. I finally called my credit card company to file a claim, and the charge was removed after mailing in paper work. Then 6 months after my initial stay, my credit card was charged a third time for $1,473! I called the hotel to complain and get my credit card removed from their system. The representative told me that Expedia cancelled the initial reservation, and it was my responsibility to cover the bill! Now I have to get a new credit card just so the Residence Inn will stop stealing from me!

I visited the residence Inn for a wedding. The front desk clerk was helpful, the room for the wedding was nice and we'll decorated.

Hotel is located in a great part of town. The staff is very friendly and my studio suite was clean and welcoming. My only issue was that the person in the room next to me was snoring so loud, that I could hear it thru the walls.

A very nice, new hotel located within a resonable distance to local convention centers. We are staying in a ground level suite and it feels like a big city apartment, and is fully stocked with all needed kitchen supplies. I forgot a razor and they informed me that they have complimentary basic necessities such as that. Also, the breakfast was impressive with many options, including a gluten free option.

Overall very happy with the stay and amenities!
