Nice clean all suite Hotel. Good sized rooms and comfortable bed (though the sofa bed is typical - not comfortable). Only one bathroom in the main bedroom which is a little annoying if you have kids sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed. The included buffet breakfast is above average - eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, waffles, and more. The ground are nice with a pool, laundry and games room and gift shop. A bit far from Disney, but there is a shared shuttle that runs every half hour and takes about 10 minutes dropping you off at the main gate. It's very close to Target and a number of chain restaurants. The staff I interacted with were friendly. Recommended.

Very cozy stay, rooms were well cleaned and stocked. Hot tub and pool were handicap accessible, they had plenty of towels available. Great gift shop Disneyland themed. You can purchase tickets for the shuttle for Disney out front which are cheaper than from the actual shuttle driver. House keeping does a great job no complaints there. The rooms come with safes which is a great thing to have if you plan on staying awhile. There are two tv's with a nice array of channels to choose from. The rooms have stove tops, microwaves, refrigerator and dishwashers. You can also control the temp in your room as well. I recommend to leave the fan in on position and in hold mode so you have that constant desired temp and air flow through the night, keeps the sweats at bay. Parking is Scarce. I recommend to park as close to the building or under a light. We didn't have any issues but make sure to take all your valued items in with you and lock those doors. Over all great experience.

Great place to stay for an extended family of nine. The family suite, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette, was just big enough to accommodate all our needs. And after we left, we discovered my daughter had left her wallet behind - the staff was very helpful in retrieving her wallet and getting it sent back to us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the largest room, which was spacioua, but I did not like that the room with the two queen beds had the sink separate from the toilet. It caused disturbances in the morning when people were getting ready. Additionally, the breakfast, while free, was sub par. The potatoes were mushy, soft, and likely several days old. The sausage was dry, and the bagels were dry and hard. Nothing unbearable, but also nothing to write home about. On the plus side, their apple juice was positively scrumptious! The pool and basketball court was nice and the beds comfy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and close to Disneyland. Though we have yet to take advantage of them yet, the pool looks inviting and the hot tub relaxing. Maybe we will take a day off from Disney to relax and enjoy the comfort of this Residence Inn.

Great hotel. Amenities were great. Breakfast was amazingly great. Room service was awsome. We had no issues. Our room had great organizational possibilities for my family of 6. I just wish the bus that stops near hotel would be bigger. Its small and shared by another hotel. But hotel itself is great.

Breakfast could be nicer. Unappetizing sausage. No bacon in a week. Rooms could be upgraded. Daily hot cocoa is nice. Too many kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Great hotel. :) Good breakfast options. Comfy beds. Convenient distance from Disneyland. Nice hot chocolate station. The walls are pretty thin between the room and hallway. Air in the rooms are a bit dry though. I also wish the bathtub was more comfortable and that the pool could be open for longer.

Can we give 2.5 stars? The front desk staff are VERY friendly and efficient and saved me from giving this a lower rating. We had a one bedroom suite which was moderately clean (carpets appeared to be quite dirty). The free continental breakfast was so-so but kudos to the staff for constantly restocking amidst a large Disney-bound crowd. The sofa bed mattress was in very poor shape - the bottom corners were shredded and the head of it tilted downward. Our kids ended up sleeping on top of the sofa instead of using the sofa bed. The two queen beds were hard on our backs. We were a party of six but the room was stocked with linens for four, and when we asked for more, we got a pile of towels but no additional washcloths. On our second day after the room was cleaned we were left with four towels again and two new washcloths. We called in the middle of the first night for an extra blanket and they were out. They quickly sent up several extra sheets. The staff was great but nothing else was.

The suite was more than i expected. Room service is great, Its not very far from the theme parks, and also very close to shopping centers as well. Includes breakfast buffet, has a swimming pool and arcade. Id definitely consider coming back on my next trip to Anaheim, Ca.

Good location, terrible customer service. Nice rooms, terrible customer service. Have an issue, and need someone to help remedy it? Lol good luck. Only person that can do that is a single manager who can only assist during certain hours. Need to escalate? Too bad, can't be done. Currently $1400 in the hole due to a mistake on the hotels end, front desk people tell us that it's not their fault when it clearly is. No sense of urgency to get anything fixed, and no one is eager to help once you have checked out.

I made some reservations at this hotel for two nights the last weekend of this month as a birthday gift to my wife so that we could go to Disneyland. When I was speaking to the representative that was helping me Reserve I asked if they had any sort of coupon or special deal that I could take advantage of for my 2 night stay. After the representative supposedly searched for a better offer he booked my reservation at a cheaper rate because he said he had found a better offer. The next day I got an email thanking me for my Advance purchase saying that the money would be taking out of my bank account within 24 hours. This was very frustrating to me as I was not informed that I was making an advanced purchase and that's why I was getting a special rate. I had even asked the representative if I could change the debit card once I got to the hotel to pay with another card and he replied yes. Why would I want to change a debit card if I had already been charged? I am very frustrated because now I had to cancel my reservations. I have booked rooms here before and never had this problem period I am very disappointed.

Location is great and service is directed to the Disneyland goer. We love Marriots but the quality is not quite as high as other Marriot locations we have been to. Rooms are a little smaller but still nice and clean. Our room had a bad door handle to the master bedroom that wouldn't stay closed and the kitchen was missing most of the utensils. Small things, but a great place still. The breakfast buffet is awesome, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We will be coming here again!

Room was clean and close to theme park. The main issue was the water being shut off upon check in for a few hours. The toilet also ran throughout the night and the tub did not drain properly. Staff is polite and the breakfast is great. There is a shuttle pick up directly outside the hotel. The hotel could use some minor upgrades but overall it was great.
