Excellent service from the concierge. Was pleased at the suite they gave us for the weekend. Very spacious, clean and simple amenities such as a microwave, fridge, hand iron, blow dryer. The bedroom were very comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. The breakfast was okay, just don't set expectations too high.
Roomy and convenient to Disneyland! Large family suite had King size bed in main area and bunk beds and bed/chesterfield in bedroom. King size bed was comfortable but bunk bed mattresses were quite hard. Although we had several pillows they were all flat and very uncomfortable. My husband was using two (but still was flat) I used my jacket to help 'fluff' it up. Breakfast was sufficient for us as we don't eat much in the morning. From the third floor we were able to see the Fireworks at Disneyland. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay again, but would suggest hotel get varying pillows. Fan in bathroom was extraordinarily loud. Light/fan was on one switch.
Highly recommend!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean . Beds were comfortable. Rooms have a fridge, iron and T.V. Great continental breakfast. Warm and cold food available. The hotel is only a 15 min walk from Disneyland. I would stay here again.
I really like! The location it's really close to a lot of restaurants. It's very close to Disneyland 3 blocks away. The rooms were very clean the bathroom was small but very nice. And they serve free breakfast which is great. I would recommend anybody to stay here.
The rooms are very well maintained. The staff is really friendly. The maintenance guy did allow me to use the laundry room after the scheduled time of 9 PM, helping me pack up early for departure next day. I would take away half a star for the breakfast, it's not that great. But again you are not there for the food, so I let it pass!
Great family hotel while we visited Disneyland. The suite with bunk beds for the kids and a separate room for the parents was a gift that kept everyone happy. Nice hot tub to relax in as well. Simple and a nice respite from a packed vacation running around from one attraction to the next.
Rooms were nicely equipped with what we needed to enjoy or stay. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the morning, and it was nice not having to worry about one additional meal throughout the day. I would recommend this as a great affordable option to anyone planning on a Disney vacation. Super close to the park!
Staff was excellent especially they lady we had at the front desk! They rooms are good! The bathroom is small and dated but overall a nice room. We stayed there for Disneyland and it’s a bit of a walk but it’s not bad. Breakfast was nice to have before we headed over! Overall we would stay again!
A little more expensive than I think it should be. The room was nice, the exterior and pool was okay, but the best thing in my experience was the staff and customer service. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Getting to and from Disneyland from the hotel was very easy and pretty close if you don't mind a little walk. We did a 2-day at Disney and we were able to park our car at the hotel first thing in the morning before check-in on the first day and had a full day's parking after check-out on the second day. Saved at least $40 on parking.
I only stayed one night, but the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although I did not use it, the microwave was a nice feature to have access to. Continental breakfast was included and had eggs, sausage, danishes, cereal, toast, and a small variety of beverages. It was also close to Disneyland (perhaps a 5-10 minute drive). The employees were pleasant and cheerful. I would stay here again.
Nice location in reference to the Disney Shuttle. The Hotel definitely needs a face lift and more dedicated parking garage would be nice. We had to park underground on both nights, exit through an adjacent hotels lobby and then walk back to the Cortona.
We only ate breakfast one mornings ( egg patties, sausage patties, waffles, English muffins and boxed donuts). It did the trick but don't expect anything fancy.
Close to Disney, used the complimentary shuttle across the street. Bed was very comfortable, room was very spacious my 6 year old daughter and 14 year old sister slept in the bunks and enjoyed having "their own room"
Heard kids running around the outside of our room and other guests up and moving around 6am until we were up. Walls are paper thin, it was very hard to go back to sleep.
Parking was limited but were told to park underground, not a big issue. Housekeeper took our personal towels but were washed and returned, really appreciated their services.
Unfortunately important documents were left in the safe of our unit (no thanks to my teenage sister) but were told they were found, just waiting to hear back about retrieving them. We will definitely consider coming back here.
I had stayed here May 2015 and was so happy with the stay that I booked it again for this past weekend. We were only in town for two days to go to Disneyland. Check in was easy and we love how close this hotel is to Disneyland. However, this time our room smelled absolutely awful. The room was beyond tolerable. It was so musty, even after turning on the AC, that we drove to Target to buy a can of Glade to help sleep better. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was alright, we just couldn't get over the smell. We will not stay here again, unfortunately.
Check In was decent, front desk could have been a bit more friendly. Our room was not quite ready when we got up No big deal. Room was clean. Beds are super comfortable, however the pillows were very lumpy and cheap. Shower has great water pressure, and a good shower head. Free breakfast was surprisingly good. Sausage patties, pancakes, eggs, waffles, toast, English muffins, cereal fruit and donuts/danishes. Short walk to the parks, or the Toy Story lot to catch the shuttle
