The staff was good and that was all. The Wi-Fi would cut out all the time and was super slow. The room had blinds that let too much light in when closed. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

If I could give no stars I would! First of all the room smelt like sewer and diapers! Second of all we had our privacy sign on the door and the a.c. on in there since it was over 100 outside meaning we didn't want maid in there yet they still came in shut off our a.c. it was on so it would be cool when we got back. Then we left the hotel and they charged us a extra 100$ saying we smoked in the room when we DID NOT smoke in the room! Called them and the person up front named ray some young kid had no idea about anything and even hung up on me wouldn't give me the manager and even laughed at me disrespectful ass hole! They haven't heard the last of me yet until I get my money back I will never stay at this place again!!

I've stayed at many Rodeway Inn's across California and arriving at this one I was honestly surprised how run down and bare my room was. The furniture was worn, cracking/peeling. The toilet seat was also very worn and a little rocky when sitting. The mattress has seen better days and would of appreciated a better blankets. The outside was also not kept the best, mattresses just laying out for whatever reason. However the plus side was the very nice and accommodating staff, they kept my luggage while I was able to enjoy Disneyland. Overall, it was an okay experience for the price.

We stayed here to get an extra day in Disneyland. Dispite other reviews, we enjoyed our stay. Covered parking, no bugs, staff checked us in an hour early. The bed is not the best, however I slept fine. I really enjoyed my stay.

To start with. Piss poor. Doors let light in. Showers don't drain. Fridge is nasty with fully iced over freezer section. Mattresses are hard as Rock. One paper this pillow. Blinds don't close or block out light. And here's the best part. Come back from Disney at 11pm. Family absolutely worn out from walking all-day and not a single parking spot is open. Talked to the desk girl and she says with a laugh in her voice, " oh, yeah we handle a little overflow parking on weekends." REALLY. THAT WASN'T IN THE BROCHURE. I PAID TO BE ABLE TO PARK MY VEHICLE AND NOT WORRY ABOUT IT.. not worth the cost at all.

I booked with this hotel and cancelled my reservation over a month ago. Still no refund, and every time I call to ask them about it they either tell me it's been processed, or that they can't do anything until the manager approves of the refund. Well, the manager is never available to talk, and this is almost a 1000.00 refund we are talking about. Very unprofessional and rude.
One time when I called to inquire, I was asked If they could put me on hold, which I said was okay. The guy just put the phone down and started to talk to his co worker about which restaurant they liked to eat at! Never picked the phone back up so I hung up and called back Then I was hung up on. Beyond annoyed and just want my money back now.

Good place if you are on a budget bit not the prettiest. Might need a renovation. Breakfast not the greatest but sufficient. Doughnuts, cereal, milk, orange juice, toast and jam. Had 6 people and hotel was able to accommodate. Front desk staff was great.

One of the worst places to stay in Anaheim. Beds are old spring mattress that should have been replaced a decade ago, pillows have cigarette holes burned into them, and the blankets are old curtains that are sewed together. If I could give them less than one star I would. Unless you like risking bed bugs, stay at any other location in Anaheim.

    Pros

    There shower is clean

    Cons

There was stains on the pillow cases and sheets

They gave me just a wash cloth and and a small towel for the ground

The rooms smelt funky luckily my husband figured it there was mold growing in the room located by the windows which is a MAJOR safety hazard

The front desk lady said they change sheets and throw trash away then once my husband said he found mold she said they did deep cleanings .. whatever that means she didn't even know the description of deep cleaning

Which is scary because I had my 7 month old daughter in that room sleeping!

For motel 6 hotels I have better luck of of having everything there than here.

I have pictures but I don't see where I can upload them.

Clean rooms. Cosy retro building with parking in the middle of the property. Ac and heat worked as expected. Older building, but has been renovated, and has been invested into by the ownership.

Rated Zero! Staff did not care for their guests. No hot water in the unit, said that we had to walk to other side of building to shower. No pool or hot tub, which ( in Dec 2016) online showed both! Cock roaches!!!!!!!!!!! And the staff looked and acted as if they did not care or it was a usual occurrence. Im surprised Disney allows this to be a Good Neighbouring Hotel on their website. There should be guideline and criteria they must meet to be on that list.

Don't believe what you see on the internet website. Very limited parking at this place. Found out the hard way after a long day of fun to come in and have to scramble for parking was just what I needed. Overflow parking is located 2 blocks down the street. They decided to block in other visitors and when they decide to go I'll get a wake up call on my vacation thanks a lot. On top of that, breakfast is not breakfast at all. Cheap bread for toast, 2 cereals, and gross donuts. That's all!! We also had our blow dryer catch fire. Don't let the low prices fool you like they did to me.
