Went to a Christmas party here, which was in their large ballroom. They were great hosts and provided bartending service and delicious food. Location was great, right next to the parking garage, so a short walk to the event.

The event I went to was in the ball room. It was great. The DJ did a great job. The food was amazing. And the host was very courteous and made us feel comfortable.

A very nice atmosphere! The bar area is Amazing and the Staff is very nice plus accommodating. They have a Shuttle that takes you right into Disneyland and best Yet there are the Outlets in walking distance. I might add that the Shuttle has a ramp for Mobility Scooters too. A Great scooter company named Apple Scooters drops off your scooter for free and they pick up as well, when done!

I'm pregnant and really needed a safe and clean place to use the restroom on my commute to work one day. I had to pull into the metered parking that charged $4 for the first hour, and the lobby attendant was so great to validate me, as she understood my dilemma. Wonderful customer service!

Had tax conference here and everything was wonderful, but the parking hassle. Could not get out of parking lot due to their machines not taking credit cards. I had repark my car and go to hotel front desk to have them take my payment and walk back to finally be able to leave parking structure. For a big hotel like the Hilton, I find the very disappointing. They should have at least posted a notice at the parking structure & parking meter machines so I would have tried 2 different credit cards and wasted my time.

Has it's pluses and minuses. Rooms are standard, nice and clean. However if you have a view the windows are very dirty and somewhat ruin it. The gym is nice for a hotel but overly hot and humid. The staff if everything goes well are pleasant. If there's any issue they don't handle it well at all, and will claim ignorance or pretend to not speak English. The layout and handling of the parking lot (Which I understand is a separate company) is terrible and frustrating. I'm 0/10 for upgrades as a diamond member.

Very nice staff, beautiful building. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Shower works great. Clean swimming pool & hot tub with lift chair so handicapped can enjoy water therapy. Great food and service at restaurant located in lobby. Even a Starbucks. Nice!

Not a bad hotel on the positives very clean well kept, staff was polite and very helpful. On the other hand kind of disappointed with $12 self parking a night, no mini fridge, and A/C units couldn't really cool the rooms. The room service was quick and food was good, but overall you can find a better bang for your buck somewhere else.

I was here recently for a social gathering which was located at the outside patio area. The hotel lobby and bar were kept very clean and the staff were very friendly with my group of about 10 guys. The patio itself was not as well lit as it should have been, but there were enough accommodations for my group and we felt comfortable. Nice environment and staff.

A good Disney option. I stayed here for a convention. But this is the perfect place to stay if you have a family and want a cheaper hotel to stay while going to Disneyland. The hotel was clean and a great value for the money. It's about a $10 Uber to the convention center or Disney. The hotel also has a Disney Shuttle

Hotel staff is friendly and grounds are clean. 2 double beds are ridiculously small though. Needs to have an option for 2 larger beds like most other hotels we stay at cause a family of 4 doesn't fir well in 2 full beds. No free breakfast like a LOT of other hotels in the area we have talked at either. Could be better

Booked with points and no blackout dates which was nice. Hotel staff very friendly. Speedy check in and accommodating. Room was great and beds are super comfy. Overall enjoyed our stay. Only reason not 5/5 was their outdoor center is under renovations so visually not appealing. Other than that would stay again.

This Double Tree is nice and the staff is very friendly. The drinks at the bar are very good. The only issue I had was that the beds on the double bed rooms are full size and not the standard queen size beds. In a big guy and I had my kids with me, so this didn't work out for my family. The awesome customer service made up for the small double beds. I would stay here again if I'm not with my family. This is great for business travel or events in the area. Also has complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. 👍👍
