We really loved our stay at the hotel. It was beautiful and our room was in perfect shape. The breakfast that came with our room was delicious. We also enjoyed the hot tub it is beautiful. We would most definitely stay here again.
This is a really neat hotel with an Atrium extending the entire length of the building up to its top most floors. We brought our family and all of us enjoyed the pool area Outdoors as well. Driving to and from Disneyland is a very short trip, but watch out for the overnight parking charge which feels like a lot to spend.
Our stay at the Hyatt was great. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. We stayed in a suite with a King bedroom, central sitting area, and a second bedroom with two double beds. It was perfect for our family, allowing for privacy and quiet time for all. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and affordable considering kids under 6 are free and older kids are half price. Having a Disney shuttle readily available was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for Disney goers and far more affordable then staying at the Disneyland resort.
Nice property overall. Parking fee is a bit of a bummer considering the fact that you're in the suburbs and pretty much have to have a car. Staff is fantastic. Roof pool is nice enough but could have a bit more atmosphere. Ground floor pool area is nice but too shady.
Overall, I do like this hotel. Had stayed here twice and both experience were fantastic. Employees were helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.
Pros:
- Room are nice & clean
- Lobby area is very open
- Parking lot is huge
- Swimming pool
- Arcade room
- Shuttle service to Disneyland
- Close to Target
- Bug free
Cons:
- Far from Disneyland
- Parking lot is far from entrance
- Not much food choices in the area
This review is for the suite. The suite is very spacious but is sparsely decorated. The bathroom was very dated. Overall the room was just ok. Great if you have a meeting or a large family with kids, but not worth it otherwise. Lobby was nice. It is a good property to stay at if you're going to Disneyland.
Beautiful hotel with fun amenities for the kiddos; a pool, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, ping pong, an arcade, and a Disney movie playing in the lobby all day. Paid parking but they don't gouge you, its fairly reasonable. Shuttle to Disneylandor walk a block. All around a great place to stay. They just need more food options
If I could leave 10 stars I would! Hands down the best Hyatt and Hotel experience I have had. As our children's first Disney Land trip ever, we wanted to make it special. Hyatt helped us provide it for them.
From the moment we drove up, we were treated like family. With two kids, traveling can be a hassle, but everyone was so welcoming it was such a relief. Once at the desk, Eric, the manager of the hotel, was amazing and made us feel even more at home. The Hyatt is so blessed to have this man along with his team as the welcoming team. Throughout the time we stayed, Eric really made the trip memorable and so comfortable, out family had no worries at all. Thank you Eric and thank you Hyatt for an amazing vacation that will last a lifetime!
Nice hotel. Not much interaction with staff but they are nice. Good location close to Disney and a Target. Hotel catered our event. Very good service and very good food!
The facilities were nice enough. Good rooms, open layout, ample walkways and elevators. But the staff was a bit behind on the upkeep, especially on the bathrooms, which were a disaster within an hour of the event starting. No toilet paper in the stals, trash bins overflowing, no soap in the dispensers, sinks and mirrors a mess. They just didn't have the cleaning staff to deal with the expo.
The service was great. The people very helpful. Knowledgeable about the hotel. Very clean. I would definitely have an event there. The food was good. Need more parking.
It's a decently priced, centrally located, clean hotel with friendly staff and amenities. From the dining options and the workout facilities and the pool to free wifi in the room and television, this place has everything one has come to expect from a hotel. I'm not a big hotel person but I enjoyed my time here for a work conference. The food is not fantastic, and the staff is very friendly, but very busy. Rooms are nice enough and clean. Atmosphere in the lobby is open, well lit and pleasant.
Atmosphere 4/5
Staff 4/5
Rooms 4/5
Dining options 3/5
My family and I were trilled to stay at the Hyatt. My wife stayed at a Hyatt in Washington before during a conference, so she already had good idea of what to expect. On the other hand this would be my first stay. It met all of my criteria and more. 1. It is walking distance to get some chicken and waffles. 2. Close drive to Disneyland. The hotel is very nice. Staff was great. I was really impressed with the room. Bed was super comfy. There was a kid's room separated by a door that came in real handy. I was able to grab my toddler son when he woke up and take him to the other room so my wife could sleep in. I would recommend the Hyatt to friends a family anytime now.
