I love this hotel. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I like that the windows in the rooms open. I love the free breakfast at Penny's, the diner next door. I few things I don't like: the trash cans are tiny and they really need another one in the toilet/bathtub room, the bedding is a bit too thin for my taste (I prefer heavy comforter) and our room keycards quit working twice during our stay. You should know that there do not appear to be elevators.

Very good experience. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Quiet. Eating at Penny's Diner was awesome. Price was great also.

Love that they offer a breakfast coupon to use at the Diner so you can eat when its convenient for you. Rooms are nice & staff is wonderful.

We stayed in the building closest to the pool and it was a very pleasant room. Clean and private. I appreciated being able to park in shade and near the door. The pool which was set apart from the hotel was just a short stroll accross the parking lot. The pool was our favorite part of this hotel. It was sparkling clean and offered privacy from the hotel rooms while revealing a perfect view of the mountains. The pool and the dinner were open 24hours too! The daily breakfast vouchers for breakfast at Penny's diner were perfect, especially since you could use them at anytime of the day or night. We were pleasantly surprised at what a great hotel it was for such an inexpensive rate. We were spending twice as much at a different hotel the first week we were in Yuma and were not nearly as pleased. Definitely will stay at this one again.

Great hotel. There's a diner on the property and I received a free breakfast for staying at the inn. Easy check in and out, room was clean and comfortable. I'll go back there next time I'm in Yuma.

Ate at the Pennys diner. Service is always good a ND food delicious but their waffles are Belgium style now which is ok just not my preference and their wings (which aren't on the menu) went up in price to a dollar each.

I left my tablet there and thinking great it will be gone but when they cleaned the room they found it a called me to tell me they had it and not to worry it will be safe until I pick it up.

I was looking for a comfortable hotel priced under $100 per night and found the Oak Tree Inn to be an excellent choice. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Although the bed was not the most super comfy, it was just fine and I was too tired after hiking and touring each day to care. I slept very well. The location was within easy reach of all of my Yuma-area destinations, too. I would definitely choose this hotel again, as it was a good bargain.

Nice room, vanity and sink located outside bathroom. Quiet room, well sound proofed, much quieter than Wingate. Room a bit small but very functional. Within walking distance of many restaurants and large mall. Check in was quick, she was very courteous.

The rooms must have been renovated a week ago. Everything was brand new. It was quiet and very comfortable. It's my new stop whenever I pass through Yuma. On top of that, it was the cheapest place I found in town. Loved it.

Nice place up on the hill with a lot grass and trees in the desert. It is an old place but away from the main road and a great diner in front of the hotel with greats service. Breakfast Continental is pretty much non existent.
