I used to really like this theater, but after their recent updates, I'm never coming to this theater again. Since they've changed the seats, the theaters have drastically less seats, making the movies sell out quickly. The seats themselves are very comfortable; however, there is no way to recline just the back of the seat, you must first extend the feet and then the back. We were seated far too close to the screen (our first time here after the seats being replaced so we didn't realize how close we were) and found this aspect of the seats extremely irritating, as well as very uncomfortable for anyone with neck and back problems. The staff was helpful but management was not, keeping us waiting 10 minutes just to be told they couldn't do anything except give us a refund.

Great movie theater with reclining chairs, cup holders, and they serve beer. Sound and video quality was great. Only complaint was that the front row of the theater is HORRIBLE and should be reduced to half price. Seat reclined all the way back helped some but my eye balls hurt.

They move long lines quickly, their stadium was clean, and they have recliners that make your movie watching experience infinitely better. I also like that you choose your seats, which makes it easier when you have 3 or more people.

Just don't sit in the first three rows because they are ridiculously close to the screen and distorts the screen in a big way. They really shouldn't have those first three rows in my opinion. If you love extra salty, stale popcorn and can get a good seat, this is the place for you.

Yes I am complaining about the assigned seating. We were only given 2 choices, the Very front row or the 2nd. We chose 2nd but that was still WAY too close to the Screen. Had recliner pretty much all the way back & it still hurt my neck. And there was actually 2 other movie goers that were about to brawl because one had taken the other's assigned seat. Really people? Grow up.

There is a $3 handling fee on digital tickets that I bought on my phone that are scanned from a qr code on my phone? What handling am I paying for exactly? This is why I almost never see a movie in a theater anymore. Falsely advertised ticket prices because they are inflated by surprise fees at checkout. Regal your marketing tactics show disrespect to your customers and give you a reputation as dishonest. Just advertise the actual price from the get go. Your current sales tactic leaves me feeling swindled at the end of the transaction.

Best screens and sound in town. They JUST installed super comfy leather reclining seats so now they have the best seats too. Works with MoviePass.

This is the only theatre we like going to. The ones complaining about assigned seats, you pick where you want to sit when you buy the ticket. If your an avid movie goer you can judge about where will be the best seat. This also allows you to see exactly how packed the theatre will be. I also love that theyve added healthier options to the menu. I can now get a salad and street tacos instead of popcorn and candy.

NO MORE PICKING YOUR OWN SEATS!!! THATS RIGHT, WHEN THE NEW CHAIRS GO IN YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A NUMBERED SEAT. SO IF YOU ARE LIKE US WE GET THERE 30 MINUTES EARLY JUST TO PICK OUR FAVORITE SEATS BUT NO MORE. IF I CANT PICK WHERE I WANT TO SIT WE'LL GO TO ANOTHER THEATRE. I ALWAYS SIT IN THE TOP BACK ROW DUE TO MY EYES HURTING IF IM SITTING TOO CLOSE OR MY NECK HURTING FROM HAVING TO LOOK UP AT THE SCREEN FOR 2+HRS!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Went to see Beauty and the Beast in 3d LOVED IT!! Everyone was very kind. Left my wallet (which had cash and a $50visa gift card in it) I was so worried that it was gone because there aren't a lot of honest ppl out there anymore. But they had it with everything in it. Don't know who was the one who found it but THANK YOU so much for locking it up for me!!

This Regal is great. The staff have always been pleasant and the theaters have always been clean. I love the rewards program that nets us free tickets and concessions from time to time. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, so I generally only try to go during off peak times.

Best theater in the area. Tickets are on par with everyone else. However snack prices are ridiculous. 18 bucks for large pop corn and drink. 9 out of every 10 customers see price and walk away. They would get more sales if they lowered prices. But as far as movies the place is the nicest , just eat before going .

First and most likely last time ever coming here. The theatre was very small, and we were packed like sardines in there. A popular movie should get much more seating. We had to sit in the very front row and kink our necks because the front row is SO close to the screen. We usually eat a full large popcorn at other theatres. At this one, we couldn't even eat half because it was completely saturated in salt and it literally hurt our mouths to eat. Not only that, but the popcorn and drinks were more than the price of the tickets and we could barely finish the movie and did not finish the drinks or popcorn. The movie itself was great, but it would have been much better anywhere else. We have no desire to come back.
