I would not recommend this Sleep Inn for several reasons. There was a 2 inch gap around the bottom and left side of the door. The door was not secure in the frame. I had to stuff a blanket around the bottom of the door and newspaper around the left side of the door where the lock is located to have some feeling of safety and privacy during my stay. The rubber gasket around the shower door was hanging off the door on both sides. Water from the shower puddled on the bathroom floor after each shower. The flushing mechanism on the toilet didn't work, properly. The toilet only flushed when the handle was held down. There was a constant drip on the bathroom sink faucet. When I reported all of this to the desk clerk, she said she would mention it to the manager. No offered discount, no apologies. The free breakfast was horrible.

A very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve with plenty of options. Would highly recommend this hotel as excellent value.

Great newly remodeled hotel just off the Interstate with several restaurants nearby. It's great to see Choice Hotels reinvesting in their hotels to advance the quality of their brand. Don't be discouraged by the drab outside of the building because everything inside is bright and inviting. Hidden gem at a great price.

Everything about this trip was amazing! The hotel is really clean and organized and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We decided to bring our dog last minute and they put us in a pet friendly room and to my surprise it smelled nothing like any type of animal. (thank god) the breakfast is decent, average hotel breakfast. Will deftly stay here again and not to mention is down the street from the blue ridge parkway.

The price was incredible. Comparable to the Hampton Inn for half the price. The room was quiet, cozy, the bed SMELLED nice and clean! I couldn't believe we found this nice a hotel for the price, especially in Asheville. I like that the rooms open on the inside of the building - much safer that way for women traveling alone. I booked directly from the Choice Hotel website and received a phone call to make sure everything was correct, to let me know they were expecting us and to ask what time they should look for us. I don't have anything negative to say. They even had a list of nearby restaurants at the front desk that you could have a copy of! I would use them again!

The rooms are nice and the beds are decent. We did have an issue with the bathroom not being clean; however, staff was very apologetic and quickly put us in another room. From that point on, we had no issues or concerns.

We got this room using Hotwire, unaware with what we were booking until we had booked. First impression was great. Decent location and good reviews. Lobby looked updated and very nice. Front desk attendant was kind and helpful.
Walked into our room to an overwhelming smell of mildew. With just spending an hour in our room, we developed sore throats. We realized it was coming from the AC unit and left it off for the remainder of the stay, which made the smell more bearable.
Also, we stayed on the first floor. The breakfast in the morning is incredibly loud! We could hear everything from down the hall, starting before 7 am.

Room is comfortable and clean, and quiet. Just the right distance from the downtown hubbub and Biltmore traffic. We initially received a room that smelled faintly of cigarettes--not the hotel's fault. When we told them, they quickly moved us to an even better location. And the shampoo smells great!

Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, fairly stylish interiors; bathroom clean and pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. Beautiful view of the mountains and friendly staff. Only thing was our room smelled a little like cologne but could have just been maybe a cleaner that they use? Smell went away; after we had checked out we received a call from the front desk to alert us that we had left our phone charger. This pleased me that they would take the time to do this even after we had left. Over all, wonderful hotel especially for the price.

The rooms are clean. The front desk staff is incredibly kind, understanding and patient. The workout facility could use some work. Maybe some updated equipment. I wish there was a pool or outside deck area to relax in. The breakfast is the standard fare but is more fresh than previous experiences with Sleep Inn. The coffee could use some work. Overall, I'd come back if there wasn't a comparable place with a pool. But that's just because of wanting a pool!

Clean room with lots of space for two people to move around. High pressure shower, hot water, and friendly front desk staff. While currently under construction, that is kept out of the way and work was done during day when guests were out. Only hiccup was the whole room shook when neighbors doors slammed shut. Decent complimentary breakfast, nothing is actually fresh but you have options. For the price, we would stay again- it was a really good deal.
