I just went to pick up my engagement ring at Helzberg Diamonds. It was quick and painless really. I was there a total of 15 minutes. I typically do not enjoy a visit to any mall. This trip went well.
Typical mall with a nice variety of stores. Nothing too fancy here. The food court is pretty good and convinently located next to the children's play area.
There are many stores, the choices are fantastic. Pretty much whatever you could want. The food court and children's play area are also good. I do think there should be more benches scattered around for people who have difficulty walking, and need to rest from time to time.
Best mall in the area which is a compliment to the mall but an embarrassment for the area. While this is the home to the largest Barnes and Noble in the state, everything else is almost exclusively clothing and shoe stores. Food variety is pretty good pizza, asian, chicken etc The mall is good for the passer through but for the local the stores become repetitive all selling essentially the same items. A one level mall with 2, 2 level stores. They underwent a very expensive renovation and instead of adding more space for a variety of more stores they put new stairs and carpeting for the walkways. BUT, it's still enough to keep you entertained.
Great Mall, There's a food court, Barnes and Nobles, Dilliarads. There's even activities for kids like jumping and lots of vending machines. There's even a Starbucks. This is one of the 2 best malls in the area. This is a must visit.

For such a fun town as Asheville is, this mall is pretty depressing. A few decent Dept stores and the expected chain stores are all there is to offer. Much more unique shopping experience is available on downtown Asheville.
I like it , they have been in the process of remodeling , removing the old carpet and replacing it with tile which is much better and nicer than carpet and gives it a more modern and classy look and feel along with Barns and Noble. What is unique about this mall is the floor plan unlike most other malls.
Parts of the mall look dated and in need of a face lift. There is ample parking, although the garages are not well lit. There is a lot of debris around and some graffiti. Location and variety of stores are good.
Typical mall you find in a large city. Lots of the usual stores. Overall it is clean. They are remodeling and it looks much better. The layout is a little strange though. It also has a parking garage.
This place has a lot to offer and a different variety of stores to shop from. I feel like they are always updating or remodeling something and the food court could be better. I mean, how many oriental food places do you need in one area and there's not a healthy option if you wanted one. My advice. expand the food court!! If and when I do eat at the mall I go to Mcalisters which isn't even close to the food court it's on the opposite side of the mall.
Not the greatest of malls. Large but with a poor selection of stores. Feels like they wasted a bunch of space here and did not properly plan for having more store availability. Large open areas within the mall that serve very little purpose. There are also quite a few more stores in the surrounding area.
Great 2 story mall with a Starbucks inside and Barnes an Noble at the entrance. Nice and clean. Food court has ever changing food variety.
Nice clean and very good place to shop. It has every store I love. And very good food too.
Decent Mall with the standard department stores and chain retail options. It is on the smaller side and is average at best. Like many malls around the country it's not as booming as it once was or would like to be and becomes a teenage hangout on the weekends.
Stores are the usual mall type with nothing more to offer than the norm. I think the whole mall could use a face lift to make it more attractive and lively. It just seem dank and boring. Eh.
