Pam Helms is a knowledgeable, caring health care provider. I trust her completely. She takes her time with each patient. You never feel rushed and she is thorough.

New patient here. Had an appointment at 2 pm. At 3 still have not been seen. Yet people keep coming in and go straight back. I ended up leaving. I called them after I left and they just gave me excuses!! Not good business. Never again will I go back!! Worse place ever!!

My wife, recently diagnosed with MS, waited an hour past her appointment time before walking out. She was never offered an explanation as to why, and the other patients in the lobby came and went back as if nothing was up. I have been a patient here for 10 years, but that ends today. I tried calling to file a complaint and was hung up on. Customer service is the worst I've seen in a health care environment.

I love the doctors, nurses and staff at Redmond in Trion. Everyone is always extremely friendly and caring. They even call the day after to see how I'm feeling! Now that's family! I've always been able to get an appointment when needed and never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Richey and his amazing staff!

Had to make an immediate change in drs due to my hospital going bankrupt and closing offices. Dr Taylor was a true blessing the practice took me straight in and attended needs for specialist asap highly recommended
