I have used The Guardian Pest Control and Lawn Care for 3 years now. I use them for lawn care and pest control. I love that I can call them and ask any question and they will gladly help me out. I feel like they take extra special care of me and my family. We also used them for mosquito control and it was amazing. I have two small boys who could not play outside due to bug bites, but after they treated the yard, the boys are outside all the time.

I have known both Kathy and Dale for many years. Ever since I was a kid. They have serviced my moms house for many years. What you get at the gaurdian is a warm welcome, hospitality at its finest with attention to detail. Timely, accurate service with a smile. Very professional in every aspect of the word. They know their stuff!! I seriously can't say enough good things about the company and the people! They are like family to me.

First class service by Josh and Matt. I have pest control and weed/lawn control and have always been happy with their professionalism. I never worry. I know if I have a problem all I have to do is call. I had personal referrals from several neighbors on The Guardian. Never a problem. They are great.

My husband and I called and set up monthly service when we moved into our new home. We spoke to each tech that came out because we were NOT getting the service we requested. We have a child extremely allergic to mosquitos and have to have our yard sprayed monthly. Our yard is worse now after they have supposedly treated it and have only been to our home 3 times since May! We had also paid and set up monthly mosquito service as our child is extremely allergic and we have to be very proactive. Well paid for 7 months received 1 month of service. When I called and said I was taking $59.00 off of our bill due to lack of service the very rude owner said "oh I see what is happening here" and I said I don't know what that means but I refuse to pay for a service I haven't received. He told me that's okay I will just send you to collections. This isn't how you do business. I am paying for things I haven't received and the owner is the rudest person I have had to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! You will be robbed of money and be left with a horrible looking yard, more money spent to fix it and paid services you have never recieved.

I felt that I needed to thank Guardian online for their extra effort in getting rid of my ants. Their technician spent nearly an hour tracking down ant colonies and trying to figure out where the nests were. Once he did, he treated those areas and he came back twice more at no charge to make sure the ants were gone. I have used Guardian for years for other services and their employees are considerate and well trained. So for now, goodbye ants. Thanks to Guardian.

I recently had a bill from The Guardian for $39 which I went online to pay. I accidentally entered 3900! Fortunately the owner caught the error before it could hit my account and called me with an authorization number to give my credit card people to stop the transaction. That is just one example of how caring this company is. The have great technicians who are background checked and they are all courteous and knowledgeable. I am one of their oldest customers and they are now like family to me. I love these guys and recommend them to everyone! Bea

The short version is highly unprofessional and unreliable.

They miss quoted me for the initial clean out, which was fixed after a brief argument with the person that they sent out to spray. In the initial price is two follow up sprays which they failed to "put in their systems " so I had to call and have them rescheduled on multiple occasions. Then after the last spray I was given a bill for $65 which the exterminator told me he had to have signed and that would be fixed by the "office " lol and behold a week later I have a bill in the mail from them unresolved. Also the sprays they use had some decent initial result but nothing long lasting even with the included "touch up sprays"
