We needed 500 square feet of carpet for our bedroom, closet and some stairs. We located a beautiful carpet in an Atlanta store. The problem was it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get it. The next day we drove to Dalton. I have previously shopped every carpet store in Dalton and always ended up at Beckler's. This time I just went to Beckler's. In less than an hour H.R. with Beckler's had our carpet on the way from California. The price was $500 less and the carpet was delivered to Beckler's in Dalton 7 days later. Beckler's supplied us with a list of installers and we were fortunate enough to meet Doyle Faulknor. He and his entire family have been installing flooring for generations. Doyle picked up the carpet and installed it in Atlanta the same week. I have had lots of carpet installed over the years but Doyle's work is the best I have ever seen. For the perfect carpet experience in the Atlanta area go to Beckler's in Dalton and ask for HR and then call Doyle to have it installed. You will save money and get exactly what you want. We will be returning to Beckler's soon for some custom rugs.

Nice people, pretty fair prices. Only problem I had was when my floor arrived (1800 lbs of it), there was no way to get it off the truck because a lift gate wasn't ordered and I had to pay extra to have it unloaded. This should have been something the representative knew to set up when they took my order. I was told that the customer usually unloads the truck? They apologized, but I was left having to pay extra for something I felt should have been included.
