Just stopped in to get some pricing. Chad was all over us, in a good way though. Didn't seem like he pushed any particular product on us either. Beating some other outlet store prices to. 1 more stop to check, but I'm pretty sure I'll be calling Chad back to order through FloorMax.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. We could not be happier with our flooring and experience. We shopped many local stores and found Floormax to have the best prices and selection and service. Start to finish. Smooth. Good honest savings. Our new wood floor looks so good. Looking forward to doing our basement after the new year! Highly recommended.

Lauren could not have been better to work with, and the process was very simple. After receiving numerous samples, we finally picked a nice hard hickory; but I had to go price shopping. I found FloorMax to be about half the price of all my local stores. Such a great deal.

Shopped many different flooring stores for hand scraped wood flooring. Ran into Floormax at a local home show and found one my wife and I really liked. During the purchasing stage the lady is sales was very helpful. When we received the flooring and the installer began to install it we noticed a majority of the boards were bowed and warped. The flooring was properly acclimated inside the air conditioned house for 6 days prior to being installed. I sent photos and multiple calls to FloorMax and got no where. I then called the manufacture of the product and they told me I had to deal directly with the distributor I purchased it from. FloorMax offered to sell me more of the product but never once offered to help me swap or credit the unusable materials they sold me. I ended up having to use a different floor covering for two rooms because I was short on material from the unusable boards. Extremely disappointed with the product and FloorMax not standing behind the product they sold

Outstanding customer service and great price! Also, though they do not work directly for the company, the recommended installers were really superior! Larry Dean and his crew were quick and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend FloorMax Direct and the installers they recommend.

I cannot praise this company enough! Lauren was extremely helpful in helping us figure out exactly what we needed, and super nice to boot. Superior customer service, which can be a rare thing these days. Great prices as well! We are redoing the flooring in our entire house in phases and we will be using FloorMax from start to finish. Thank you!!!

I got behind the curve in my home remodeling when a local flooring supplier completely dropped the ball and put me a week behind. Lauren stepped in and saved the day. She really listened to my vision and feel for flooring and sent several photos of products that she felt would be a fit for my needs. She was right! The only catch was the product I chose was brand new to the market and had to be drop-shipped from Houston. Again another delay? Thankfully NO. Lauren micro-managed the shipping and made sure it was expedited. I received 1049 Square Feet of 3/4" x 7.5" flooring in two days! The reason for my time crunch was that my wife was on a cruise with her mom and I wanted to have the floor installed upon her return. My wife was thrilled with the floor and over-uses the word "beautiful" and "perfect" a lot. The only way I came out the hero was with the help of Lauren and Floor Max Direct.

We had a fantastic experience with Floor Max!! Best customer service we have ever received. There was an issue, through no fault of their own, and they went above and beyond to correct it immediately! The owner even came out and did a house call himself! You just don't get customer service like that nowadays! We have bought flooring from them several times and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone in the future!
