SPECIFICALLY asked for floors to be set aside when we put down the deposit and told them it would be a few weeks before we could get back to pick it up. They called 3 days ago to confirm pickup, we drove 2 hours to pick it up today and it was not in stock. Overall, VERY dissatisfied with the customer service ALL the way around.

Ask for Jeff Ellis, I went to Home depot Lowes, and local carpet places. Jeff was amazing he sent me samples, and saved me so much money. He beat everyone's prices.Shipping was smooth, the whole process was great from start to finish. Thanks again Jeff! Georgia Carpet knows how to do business, its a good company from my experience.

I'm sorry to say this carpet we received
Was damaged, dirty, and short.
You pay for the standard width of 12 ft
and are given 11ft 11 in
52 rolls were this way. Also the length ordered was short too. Somewhere along the way. Rolls were torn. No one will take responsibility.
Think twice before using this company for bulk order, unless you like paying premium price got inferior goods.

The people that works here must have a severe case of autism. I honestly feel sorry for these horrible people. To think that the government hands the owner a paycheck for hiring these rude, arrogant, just down right retarded people. If you're looking for quality carpet, don't go here. You're better off just laying in dirt.

I ordered Shaw Shingle Creek 2 from them and i was given 2-3 weeks time from date of order for my shipment but for some quality reasons i was told that they won't be able to fulfill my order on given time. Georgia Carpet listen to my concern and offered me to upgrade the same color carpet to shingle creek 3 which was better carpet then 2 and more expensive also but they did the upgrade free of charge and was able to deliver the carpet on earlier committed time.

I was very satisfied with the carpet and it came out beautifully when it was installed at my home. The reason i ordered from them was because they had best priced offered including shipment. I am in Charlotte NC but after spending almost 1 month of my time in researching and comparing prices i found Georgia carpet price was almost 1000$ less then what other shaw dealers had to offered in my area. I am very happy with my decision and would recommend them personally.

Ordering from Georgia Carpet was a wonderful experience. As I live in Ohio, I was a little nervous about ordering over 900 Sq. ft. of laminate sight unseen. However, my sales rep. Claudette was so helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She provided me itemized quotes and ensured that I got the best price on shipping by sending my trim pieces Fed Ex and the balance freight, saving me over $40.00.

I received my entire order in a timely manner and can’t wait to get it installed! I can't say enough good things about my entire experience! It’s so nice to deal with a company that goes ABOVE and BEYOND for the customer! I will certainly deal with them again and would highly recommend them as your first stop when shopping for new flooring!
