My first time in Naples will definitely be a one to remember. Double Tree Suites by Hilton only made it more memorable. A pretty landscape with an amazing place to lay your head. I had a great time here, i definitely recommend this hotel. I'll be going back again in March!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at Just for the service alone. There are other properties with more amenities, but the staff at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant go out of their way to make your trip the best it can be.

Suite was pretty nice, but nothing to write home about. The sound proofing wasn't all that great, I could hear people talking in the hallway even when I was in the back room. However, the staff of the hotel we're phenomenal! Always quick with a "hello" or a "welcome back.". Very informative and willing to provide recommendations. I'd come back and stay at this hotel again just because of the staff.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was large and well appointed, with 2 TVs, a couch, and a mini fridge. My only negatives were the room's AC unit was very loud and when it would cycle off you could hear an audible dripping sound coming from behind a locked door inside the room. And there was evidence of hurricane damage, the hallways had dehumidifiers in them and there was a slight damp smell about the place. Overall it was a pleasant evening.

We went to visit Charlie chiang's restaurant for Chinese food during just after the hurricane was over. There is a boil water here and so the restaurant was a little bit different in their menu and they didn't have water available for ice. However every all four of us really enjoyed our dinner and it was a pleasant evening.

My family and I have been to this hotel four times over the past few years and we will continue to come back. The staff is so kind and helpful and I'm referring to the entire staff, not just the front desk folks. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are quiet, the location is excellent and my kids always enjoy the pool area. On our most recent visit, Joanne and Gigi at the front desk were top notch in assisting us. This is our family's "go to" hotel when we visit Naples.

The hotel is not in the best of locations, you have to drive everywhere. However, the staff were excellent, so friendly, and the hotel itself was perfect. Would definitely stay here again, especially if I had a hire car.

My husband and I stayed in room 244, which is AMAZING. The bocany has a view of the river and the pool & it wraps around the entire side of the room. The staff were all so kind and happy to help with anything we needed. This hotel is not right next to the beach but is close to downtown and all things in Naples! The bed was super comfy and our room was huge! Gigi was very helpful and so friendly to us. We could not have wished for anything better. Plus we got donuts for national donut day and cookies from the front desk whenever we pleased. Juan was a superb bartender & server and the doormen, Rafael & Zachary were super kind and helped us constantly. We also got a bottle of wine and 20% off of a meal for it being our honeymoon! LOVE LOVE LOVE the Double Tree in Naples and we will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I have travelled extensively around Europe, Canada and America and we would like to express our thanks to all the staff at the Doubletree Suites in Naples. We stayed for three weeks over the Easter period and the care and attention we got was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the food and services excellent. It is one of the best places we have stayed and plan a return visit in November.

Extremely good service at arrival and during stay. Very nice room next to pool suitable since we had two small children with us. Good parking. Free WiFi is slow, but free for unlimited number of devices. Free fruit and cookies. You can borrow beach chair etc for free. Clean rooms, great bed and bathroom. Good pool with towels easily accessible. Really happy we booked this hotel for this part of our Florida vacation.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in room. Free coffee and fruit infused water in the lobby. Outdoor pool and hot tub with patio tables and loungers. Lobby, restaurant and bar area. Breakfast with made to order omelets and fresh fruit included in the buffet or order off the menu. We received turn down service.
