Got to room and didn't have enough pillows. The towel that was expected for us to use to dry off was child size,no TV remote, and there was water damage everywhere and holes in walls. We went to front desk to ask for stuff and we're told we couldn't have anymore pillows, towels, or a remote because they have a problem with people stealing them. I won't be back. And it wasn't even worth the cheap discounted price.
Awesome staff. Very friendly. Clean room. Cute doggie!
We came down from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to spend time with our kids and Grandson for Christmas.
We bought our grandson an electric Lightening Mc Queen car and he was allowed to ride it inside because it was raining outside the majority of the time we were there.
I would recommend this Inn to anyone who is in the Etowah, TN area.
If I could give it more stars I would!
Very pleasantly surprised. It was reasonably clean. Decor fresh looking ,and management attentive. I dont usually stay at red roof ,but this place was nice enough.
There are either 4 or 5 trains starting at midnight and running through 5 a.m. Don't know if the 4:45 train was one that sat there for ten minutes blowing the horn our if there were 2 different trains. It sounds like they are right outside the window. I nearly jumped out of bed the first three times. After that I was wide awake. I don't know how this place stays in business. If you are not a deep sleeper, do not stay at Red Roof Inn in Etowah. Also the website says $69I paid $94.
Stayed here a few years ago when we moved to the area. We've long since moved away, but recently we had to come back to settle some personal business. Our first night on the road we stayed at a horrible hotel that left us exhausted the next morning after a horrible nights sleep. A night like that can really make you appreciate a good hotel like this one.
The beds are clean and comfortable. The air conditioner works well (I've been in many hotels with horrible, outdated air conditioning). The staff is incredibly friendly. There's a nice television in the room, as well as a small fridge and microwave. Most importantly, this hotel is pet friendly. My big, high-strung furbaby actually remembered this place years later and slept comfortably.
So, to the ownership Is like to say thank you for a good night's rest. I truly appreciate it.
Came here to escape hurricane Irma. Staff was very professional, kind and on point. Due to the inexpensive rates, I was worried about cleanliness. No worries. It is a very modest hotel, yet the staff made our stay nicer than what we have experienced in upscale hotels. In the future, I will be using this hotel when I come up to hike, run whitewater or visit one of the caverns in the area.
This place is definitely the best BANG for your buck. Super cheap and super nice and definitely worth the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the start. My boyfriend and I came all the way from St. Louis and only stayed for one night. The shower is fantastic! It was spacious and very clean for the most part. Breakfast was delicious and the A/C worked wonders! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and their family.
Very nice Red Roof Inn. Rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast could have been a bit better but the price made up for that and it is right next door to McDonald's. Dog friendly with a designated green space.
Nice place, clean. Owners are extremely friendly. Staff is very pleasant.
This is by far the best Red Roof in the Nation. The property itself seems very high end for a Red Roof. The management team couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
I don't know why the site says 2 star! This place is a 4 star at least! My husband and I were very happy with this place. It's really nice, the rooms are clean and Art is so so friendly. I mean how often does the guy that runs the place come talk to the guests? I highly recommend staying here!
Very friendly staff, Good breakfast, Clean rooms hotel has been updated and good rates
