Good place to stay in the Maryville area. Really nice room and close to everything you need. I was in town for work and they let us extend checkout so my wife could stay in the room until I got back.

Karen, a staff member was more than helpful when asking about events around the area.
She took the time to look it up, run me directions and information. The entire staff were very friend and attentive. The hotel was always clean and I felt secure. Excellent.

Place is under a bit of construction. Good location, friendly staff. The water pressure was crazy-felt like a power washer. Not sure if that was just my room or not. I'd stay here again.

Very nice staff, our room was great. The beds are so comfortable and I love the pillows!! Breakfast had so many options. Within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse!

Services are exceptional. It was clean and everyone was very nice. As of Sep. 17 there is construction being conducted in the middle of the day. No interruption to sleep

It was an okay place if you just need to sleep and watch TV. The rooms are a little small but the beds were super comfy. The pool was very nice but no hot tub. Well, there was a hot tub but it appears they had filled it in and put decorative planters over it.

Nice staff. Relatively small building but good location to go to the Smokey mountains.

Staff are quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The pool is quite small and not very deep, it's more for the kids the adults. The location make exploring the Knoxville area quite easy.

I've stayed here several times over the years and it has always been a good experience. I wish they would have informed us that, on our latest stay, that they were remodeling and didn't quite finish up. There were rough, prime painted walls, wallboard debris swept into piles, and wallpaper laying on the floor in the hallway. Staff was very good. Parking is ample. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast. Again, wish they would have let us know about the renovation. We would have probably stayed elsewhere if we would have known.

Was just there visiting a friend but the room itself was very nice. If I ever stay in Alcoa I would definitely consider staying here.

My room was clean but the shower wasn't. The remote turned the tv on but wouldn't change the channel. The hotel was under construction but staff didn't mention that when I was booking over the phone. The breakfast area is basically a wide hallway and the pancake machine wasn't functioning properly. The staff opened the machine, scrapped black crust off the belts, then manually rerun the machine to produce some pancakes for me. I've probably ate worse but after seeing it I trashed them. Could be an isolated experience but I will not stay there again. Staff was friendly though
