Good locale, right on the Interstate, staff friendly enough and accommodating. Smoking rooms a bit stale- could use regular sprays of Febreeze. Continental breakfast was nice, too.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is good, and the kids loved the pool. Its right off the expressway, but tuck back so there is no road noise.

Horrible place and horrible hosts!!! I arrive late at night to find other peoples hair in the shower and in the bed (how does that happen) and 3 dead bugs in the room which is totally disgusting. The front desk lady acted as if I offended her when I called to explain the condition of my room. The sheets were old, dingy and tattered on first night second night I get sheets with 2 holes in it. The pillows are cracker thin and terribly uncomfortable, the fridge does not work and the room smells like cigar smoke and this is on the third floor non-smoking floor. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning my room on each of the four nights I stayed.

Unfriendly staff, below acceptable cleanliness, uncomfortable and dingy - not for me again

Glad to get a room last minute but not the Hampton that's for sure. Stinks as soon as you walk in:( thank goodness my niece gave me a jar of tarts! I was able to put 5 plates of them out in the room and now it smells like pumpkin bread! Everything just looks and feels dirty😠

We had a wonderful stay. Management were gracious and tended to our needs efficiently.
With all the stress from evacuating, we felt safe and welcomed.

Two words BED BUGS. Room 120 had bed bugs. Guy at the front desk acted like it wasn't a big deal, it happens everywhere and it wasn't their fault. Unfortunately, at this exit, there are no nice hotels. So we're stuck, have a meeting at 8 in the morning.

We switched rooms. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the new room. Pray for me.

Beware - this is not the type of behavior or business level I had associated with the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand.

My wife had a reservation at the Crossville, TN location for her, my son, and her mother. The car they were driving broke down in Hot springs, AR.

My wife called the hotel and spoke with Monisha who stated there was nothing they could do; they were going to charge her credit card. She asked my wife "Didn't you read the print of the contract?" She eventually hung up on my wife.

I called and got the same from Monisha. "We are all independent, I can't call another Baymont and transfer your reservation. We're just an independent franchise"

I asked to speak to a manager, and she would not give me the number. She referred me to Corporate, and then hung up on me.

Called corporate customer service and they were unable to cancel our reservation OR get my wife a room in Hot Springs.

I have never seen this level of service in the hospitality business, and we've traveled quite a bit. Again, beware, both this location, and the corporate infrastructure have drifted from the brand I once knew.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and varried. I would recommend this location as it was easily accessible to the interstate.

My family (2 adults, 2 young kids, 1 dog, 1 cat) just finishing our stay here and we couldn't be more pleased. This was a last minute decision to stop and spend the night here and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. We needed a pet friendly hotel, and we got a room that not only allowed our whole family to stay, but was clean and comfortable. The pet fee for both pets was not outrageous either, which made the stay that much more affordable. I'm also very particular about cleanliness and showers, and both passed the test. Our family would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again if ever in the area!

My worst experience with cleanliness and maintenance / safety issues in my 45 yrs of traveling and staying at different hotels. One of the bulb sockets for the dual lamps located between the two beds had been repaired using electrical tape so that a bulb could be installed. Refrigerator made loud noise and rocked every time compressor cycled off. While looking inside and back of unit, found the back covered in at least quarter inch of dust. Then when I opened the drawer of table between beds saw several cigarette ashes piled up in one corner. Sheets on my bed were very wrinkled as if they weren't changed after last guest checked out. Also the bedspread had a tear in the material at least five inches long. Strongly suggest extensive retraining of service staff and maybe some ideas for mgmt to help eliminate these type of problems for future guest. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed at the Baymont Inn Crossville, TN. The heater went out in our room sometime during the day while me and my daughter was attending a play close to their location. The manager came to our room (a man with me and my young daughter alone in the room) and stated the heater coil had went out in the room. Then he proceeded to bring a space heater into the room and plug it up to get us through the night. After approximately 30 minutes the space heater blew the power to that side of the room. Again he came back into our room and fixed the problem, but the plug on the space heater was so hot you could not touch it. Then he plugged the heater up in another plug in the room and sat it in a cloth type chair that was already in the room. Needless to say there was not much sleeping for me or my daughter that night afraid that this cloth chair would catch on fire. Then the next morning while attending breakfast our key would not work the door to our room. When we went back to the front desk the same manager was working and told us to keep the keys away from our cell phones. I informed this gentleman I did not bring our phones down with us. I called the corporate to complain and the manager contacted me and left a voicemail on my cellphone stating he was going to give me a 25% discount on my room stay for the complications. And that I must have been confused because he could have moved our room. First off this was eleven o'clock at night when the problems started, Second off, When he stated I can change your room I said sure if that is easier for you and he stated no maam I can fix this (which did not happen). So I am so glad that you gave me a 25% discount. That means I spent just 71.00 on a piece of crap room. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to any friends or family. We attend plays near this location quite frequently and another hotel on exit 317 will get all our business from here on out. Worst hotel stay we have ever had. The kicker was stating on his phone call to myself today was that all of this must have been my misunderstanding. Really?????
