  Some areas of Tansi are nice, but other areas not so nice. The POA needs to enforce their Covenants. Roads are very bad in most places. Tansi security is the best. They are very friendly and always keep a watchful eye out for people. The Rec Hall can really use an overhaul. There's really not much to do in there if there is not an event planned. They need to put more things for kids to do in there.

  Great place, beautiful lake, and nice amenities. My family enjoys going here during the summer.

  Beautiful place. I hope to buy a property out there one day. Strict speed limit enforcement. Great golf and views. Excellent places to eat. Friendly people
