The rooms are good but my room did not have the amenities I requested for through the Marriott app. In the app it said the request was fulfilled however the room did not have them. On asking the front desk they said they had no idea, which is a weird response considering it is Marriott.

Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit firm for me. The price was high but it was football weekend and all the decent hotels were more expensive.

Staff was great. Was hard to find a down free pillow but the night concierge search hi and low for one. The rooms were dark but other than that it was a great stay.

Rooms were great and beds very comfortable. Girl screwed up our check in and over charged my bank card and took 2 days to fix. Triatian the day shift front desk attendant did nothing to help the situation. The second shift attendant is awesome and went above and beyond to help.

I have used this hotel a couple times now for overnight accommodations as well as meeting room space. The property is very convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle.

The property is well kept and easy to find. Setting up a meeting is a breeze thanks to the great sales team. They catered my meeting and did a tremendous job, one of the better properties I have used. I highly recommend and would definitely use this property again!

Overall hotel rooms and lobby were nice. Emily greeted us and did a great job checking us in. Location was fine for our needs as we were leaving the next day to hike Ruby Tuesday right by hotel b

I stayed here for one night to be in the path of totality for the 8-21-2017 solar eclipse. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The room was clean and nice, the shower was hot and had good water pressure. I did not done at the bistro, and my only disappointment during my stay was that the coffee shop was not open all day (I may have a coffee problem), but there is a Starbucks nearby. When traveling through this area, I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was one of the better hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful getting me to and from locations. I had no issues getting around. It has a great location right next to the airport. I would stay here again.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would. Yes that is very harsh, however, I have yet to be able to find anything positive in our experience thus far. Upon arrival we initially checked in just fine. We got to our rooms to discover that they were not in fact what we had booked. We returned to the desk only to be informed that he couldn't do anything. Our 8 people that have driven 2.5 hours were not going to be able to have 2 rooms with 2 beds but instead would only get 2 rooms with a king bed in each and a sleeper CHAIR. That's only sleeping 6 not 8. We were then told that the Marriott website we booked through (Marriott owns courtyard) was a 3rd party site and they can't be held responsible for what it offers as their hotel doesn't offer rooms sleeping more than 3 people . He told us we could purchase an additional room to prevent having to sleep on the floor. YES he told us to buy another room and be happy that we did in fact have rooms as the town is very busy this weekend with the upcoming holiday. There is no manager on site to speak with just the one he's calling on his cellphone and he only knows her first name. At this point in time we're tired our money is tied up in this hotel from the reservation so we settle figuring we'll work it out. Go up to the room and go to get a glass of water only to discover that both (there's only 2glasses in each room) glasses in one room are dirty and 1 of the glasses in the second room are dirty. Yay, let's use the coffee cups, again only 2 in each room but at least they're styrofoam (horrible for the environment) and wrapped in plastic not dirty in an obvious way with stuff stuck to them. Icing on the cake at this point was calling down to ask for 4 more pillows and some extra blankets (remember some of us are going to be sleeping on the floor) and for our favorite front desk guy,Tristan, tell us he doesn't have any extra pillows and blankets. They're almost at capacity. Yeppers almost at capacity we need you to sleep on the floor but can't get anything to sleep on it with. I will be speaking with their corporate office also.

Smiling faces greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. Huge, clean room with a very comfortable king-size bed was icing on the cake. For breakfast we received a fresh cooked meal by a friendly staff. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for this location. Worth the trip to get here.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and fast WiFi. You can hear planes taking off and landing from your room.
