Positives: Decently clean rooms. Good water pressure in shower.

Negatives: Very poor customer service. Thermostat broken. Analog TV. Phones broken. Hard mattresses. Meager continental breakfast (cereal, milk, bread, and OJ).

If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, which is a common practice. They wear sweats and t-shirts. There is an animal nesting in the woman's restroom. They did not clean my room or refresh towels. I found the coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod. Avoid!!!

Agree the towels are a little old, but the hotel is quite nice and well kept. Large rooms and comfy bed. Super quiet location tucked away in an industrial park. Friendly staff and seemingly safe location.

This was a hidden gem of a hotel. There's no highway noise because its not right on the expressway. Has a newer hotel feel (not sure if it is) with really nice pillows. Front desk personal was very polite and courteous. Breakfast had a good selection for the price range of the room. If I had to find a con it'd be that the towel were a bit rough like most inexpensive hotels and the coffee was weak in flavor. Though I'll favor this place over others in the area for the price.
