First, an imperfection. When i visited i was not a guest and did not intend to become a customer at that moment. The front desk had only one attendant and there were paying customers coming and going. Understandably, i received courteous but brusque assistance.
I have previously been a Red Roof customer three or four times and on each of those occasions i received superior treatment. On this visit i only wanted a Red Roof Inn location packet. The desk attendant showed me where to pick one up, and i left with a copy and with continuing high regard for this company.

Service staff was super friendly. Our door keys had issues but was quickly resolved. The rooms were clean but there are obvious maintenance shortcomings / understaffing issue (drain plugged, door handle not really connected). On the upside, it was quiet and there is a lot nearby to enjoy. Duncan doughnuts within walking distance and Leon's Family Restaurant was delicious!

Good hotel for the price. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. The room even had synthetic hardwood floors. The heat didn't quite with right. Turning it in at all, made the room boiling; we needed to turn on the air conditioner in the middle of winter. Multiple rooms had this issue

I stayed at this place a long time ago before they renovated and gutted the entire inside. Let me say I am impressed with how they fixed and changed their appearance from the inside. However the type of people that do stay there may seem a little sketchy but they don't bother you so do bother them. We are just people living our own lives.

As for the staff they were very friendly, warm, kind and helpful when I came in. I waited a little longer because of a very rude person that was there trying to get a room without ID. People if you are nice to one another things get done and we more swiftly to happiness as an environment. So thank your retail representatives and understand that life is short or long to be upset or angry.

Bed bugs For sure, experienced them hands on. Moved to another room. Manager rude and seemed to be annoyed about the issue. I don't know maybe it's her demeanor but, in this case I would expect a little more compassion and quite frankly, a little ass kissing. Issue was not adequately resolved to my liking. I think I should of had all my nights paid for. But, hey can't win em all. Pretty clean. Rest of staff was hands down, super nice and accommodated all my needs above and beyond. Manager should take notes from her staff. If you complain about the bed bugs. You will be banned and they say you smoked in the room. The lady knows damn well I walked outside to smoke. I would smoke with her employees.. nice way to treat guest when the problem is on your end. Honestly, who bans someone from a hotel for complaining about Bed bugs. I even took it to her in a napkin.. she confirmed a definite infestation in that room. Non the less I would check out room before stay. Other than manager and bugs. I'd stay there again.. ohh but I can't I'm banned..

I stayed here for 17 days and everything was perfect. All the staff were awesome as well and they helped me a lot specially Ms. Kay.
The room was cleaned and neat. No smoking smells at all. They have free coffee and vending machines as well.
I am sure that I will book here again for my next trip. well done team and wish u all the best. Thank you so much

    Suggestions
    - Laundry Service
    - Small Gym
    - Add sandwiches in the vending machine

Never had a problem with cleanliness of the rooms. Nice for a quick getaway. Room rates vary depending on the day but pricing is not bad. Close to major highways, convenient stores and restuarants. My last stay there, there was a glitch in their payment system, a minor problem which was handled. But needs to be addressed with the system before it becomes a major problem for another guest.

When we checked in and got into the room and it had a musty mildew smell and had a cigarette smell coming out of air conditioner. The pillows are horrible..bring your own. Housekeeping was horrible. Didn't wipe anything down or make the bed. The only thing done was they gave us a new set of towels. There was spiderwebs in multiple places in the room and dust and hair around the base of the toilet. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was super loud like it was going to break. The breakfast is an apple and a prepackaged muffin. And they leave an envelope in the room asking you to tip housekeeping which is fine if more housekeeping was done besides giving new towels.

The room we stayed in was updated and comfortable. When we checked in they upgraded us for free. Down side was the fact that there is no pool or a continental breakfast. They do give a grab-n-go bag breakfast. The area is safe but not upscale. We enjoyed our stay. It's a five minute drive to the Henry Ford Museum.

Some of the staff is quite rude. Its also under a pathway for planes at the airport; can be a little loud. Very nice rooms though.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and fairly simple with the basic amenities. However, it was extremely noisy, and the heating unit inside the room made a horrible clicking noise in the middle of the night. Also, the "breakfast" that is included with the hotel stay was just a paper bag with either a muffin or granola bar, an apple, and a bottle of water. The housekeeping people also came at 9am to clean the room, and I was still sleeping!! But, as far as basic necessities, the hotel was ok.

Very Basic but considering what you pay you get a lot of value for your money, or seems to me, book through a third party for better rates.

Clean room, super comfy pillows, and excellent ceiling heat. It's location is in a bit of an odd spot but fantastic little place for a visit. The only weird thing here is the toilets flush is SUPER slow. Other than that great place for a budget stay.
