The worst experience every the lady at the front desk Brittany was rude, she waiting till 11pm at night for some reason to charge my card and there computers where down so she had to write my card # down some how managed to charge it 3 times and 3 totally different prices . After getting off the phone with my bank I decided to leave in the a.m 15min after leaving my daughter realized she left her tablet so I called and she said they would look for it when I got there. I came back within 30min of leaving and she allowing the house keeping to throw all the sheets in the wash and stripped my room . So my tablet is now missing and no one can find it when it was laying on my daughter's bed under her pillow. I asked what they where going to do she rudely replied I could file a police report. I will never return there I played good money to sleep there and for Brittany to ruin my whole experience was a shame but there where 2 other employees that I did not catch there name that where super nice and helpful !

Way overpriced at $130 +tax a night considering everyone is lookin for a place for their family to stay cause the have no power and need a break after the Hurricane as other hotels in the area are chargin 1/2 the price. The other hotels are completely booked and there are very few people staying here due to the price ridiculous!!! How bout lending a helping hand to those in need instead of over pricing the rooms for people who can't afford your price gauging. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Hope you don't ever need a helping hand!

Nice rooms on second floor. Not so good on the first floor. Free dinner every night on weekdays which is awesome.

This hotel is easy to get to from I-75 (handy for those of us who get turned around easily). My room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. A special thank you to Brittany at the front desk for being quick, efficient, and friendly. I wish I came to the area more often and could stay longer!

The rooms are clean and spacious and the location of hampton inn is convenient to my work location. The staff are very professional and assist when asked.
