Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds and rooms were immaculately taken care of and clean. I have never had a better night's sleep. I would definitely visit again and my wallet agrees with me.
Awesome location, got off US 54 and it was right there on the Northbound side of US 19. Quick ride down to Clearwater, or even a short trip to Tampa to go to Bush Gardens. If you like Greek its really close to Tarpon Springs sponge docks!!
Hotel was your typical stay at a Marriott hotel. Grounds were clean and well maintained with multiple amenities. Rooms were spacious and cleaned properly.
Very clean after inspecting the room. Nice ammenetiea and comfortable. It was located on a busy highway but we weren't bothered by any sounds from cars or neighbor rooms. Had a continental breakfast included in the stay which was pretty tasty. Hotel is located a few miles away from downtown Tarpon springs. I would stay there again. The hotel also had a pool an dconference room.
The room that we chose was a double queen room. We were traveling with our two children. The room was very clean. Nice comfortable bed, pillows, and blankets. We noticed it was real hot in the room. We called the front desk at 10pm and the lady came up within 10 minutes to reset the air conditioner. Ahe told us to give it 10 minutes and it should get colder. (Very nice lady) however it did not. We called down and she moved us to a suite. Which we loved because we had just a little bit more privacy from our children. The suite has half of a wall between the 2 rooms, 2 tv's, king size bed on one side and a fold out couch on the other. After getting settled in the room she called to make sure our room wad satisfactory. Will be staying here again!
The staff was polite and wonderful. Housekeeping was considerate and always smiling. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We actually overslept and missed breakfast. However, when I went to get ice I stumbled across coffee and food! As I was making a plate (scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and bagels) a man (Ronnie I think) noticed me fixing a plate and offered to get some items for me. He returned with a tray and fruit bowls. They also still had cereal, bread, and many other items available. After loading my tray he walked with me to my room and made sure I got in. This was so helpful because I struggle with Lupus and I am not steady on my feet, especially when I just wake up. He didn't know this and knowing staff will go out of their way definitely impresses me. I will definitely stay there again. I hope someone advises management to let them know that Ronnie and housekeeping go above and beyond to keep customers coming back.
Clean, kind employees, decent breakfast. Got to love 'em waffles. Small gym, but great equipment.
Very nice hotel, good breakfast, helpful and polite staff. Four stars because the room smelled a little funny. Unfortunately it's not a distinctive smell so I'm not sure how to describe it.
My stay at the Fairfield Inn in Holiday was great. Daniel, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in finding a room for me on a Saturday night in season. The entire staff was wonderful. The suite itself was clean, bright, and spacious. An outstanding experience. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
