This Holiday Inn was pretty disgusting. I've shared pictures of the multiple issues we had here. The staff isn't overly friendly and clearly not knowledgeable about the property. Before I booked I called to make sure they had a functioning indoor pool only to find out when we got there they had no hot water to the pool for the last 3 weeks. We found this out from a reason maintenance worker who saw us walking down in swimsuits.
Breakfast was a hap hazard mess with things all completely overcooked or stale. The actual room was disgusting. Glad we only stayed two nights at this dump.
I will not be back to this location ever again.

All of the employees that we encountered on our visit were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. The only complaint that we had was the fact that handicap parking was limited and two places were occupied consistently by cars not bearing the appropriate permits. When it was brought to the attention of the auditor on duty they chose not to ask them to move out of them. I disagree with this policy because those parking places are sorely needed by those with the proper permits.

This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and needs new beds. Plus our room had a funny smell in it. We checked in and checked right back out! Maybe I’m just too picky but I’m a holiday in express dude all the way in this one by far is nowhere near as nice as others especially the other Holiday Inn Express that was right down the road where we ended up staying

The hotel is at a great location, near tons of attractions. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. Only wish they upgraded their pool a bit to match nearby motel/hotels. Other than that, overall great stay.

Couldn't even book a hotel due to the incompetence of the staff. Had to wait on hold for a manager for over 15 min while I got passed around from moron to moron who picked up the phone knowing I was already waiting for someone (Communication???). I'm an IHG rewards member, but I'm going to have to reconsider that if this is the quality of their hotels now. Pathetic. I easily booked a much nicer and cheaper room at the Wild Bear Inn. I recommend that hotel for anyone considering staying here.
You've been warned.

PS. The manager never even picked up.

An enjoyable visit; close to many of the attractions in the area. Good selection on their breakfast food bar; I especially appreciated the Greek yogurt! The hot top was a good temperature; however, the jets were a bit weird acting; they seemed to pulsate instead of eject/spay out the water. It sort of felt therapeutic at first, then it just felt strange. The staff seemed very friendly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Location was central to a lot of the exhibits and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Rooms appeared clean. Only heard noise if someone was in the hallway. All in all, a good experience. Thank you.

Older property but still great hotel! Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious though a little dated. Breakfast had good selection. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice, though pool did not feel heated like advertised. Great location, just off the Parkway near all attractions. All around great stay!
