Clean and quiet accommodations. I was there unexpectedly due to a missed flight connection and the airline paid for the room. The only disappointment was that the heater blew cold air. I did not call to let anyone know or to have my room changed. I just turned it off.
Very nice place. Nice sized room with cool AC. Spacious bathroom and shower. Everything was very comfortable. Interesting lobby area. Almost like an indoor courtyard. Kinda hard to explain. You need to see for yourself (sorry, i didn't take pictures of it). Big conference room area separated from the rooms so the noise doesn't bother the guests. The only thing i didn't like was how far the walk is from the rooms to the lobby or to the parking lot. It takes a while to get anywhere because the place is so big. Other than that, everything was great.
A little biased as I am used to staying in Marriott hotels. The room had a mild odor. Bathroom door was not able to close. A device that looks like a smoke detector was tightly cover by a grocery bag. The double twin beds are uncomfortable woke up with backache. The rooms seem to be recently renovated but work was not supervised. The aesthetic were not well planned out. There is a beautiful tall enclosed atrium space but it felt like a sauna. The public restrooms are remodel but again without aesthetic consideration.
My most ugly experience at this place. It happened that I noticed that some had hit my care when I came down to pick my water bottle. Literally, my car has been serious damaged, by a hit and run driver in Ramada's parking lot. When I reported the incident to the two managers on site, both of them shoved me by the side and said that there is nothing they can do about it. It's painful that I was treated like this while I was a guest on their hotel. Customers please be aware that there is no camera on their parking lot. Please be informed that some of their managers on duty are less concerned about their customers. I hope this will serve as a warning to people who wants to lodge here in near future. I am totally dissatisfied by their customer service.
Ramada in Charlotte, NC, the rooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Price for the rooms are reasonable for needing a place to rest from traveling over 6-8 hours and need to get a good night sleep. All staffs are friendly and I would recommend this place to friends and family. I appreciate your hospitality!
My stay at this hotel started off alright. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and my check-in/check out was smooth. There was though; a slight questionable scent in the hallway, a bug in the bathroom , slightly stained towels and the worse part of my experience was that my favorite gold necklace went missing. It was left zipped inside one of my cosmetic bags and left a "do not disturb" sign on my door and when I returned it was gone. I reported it missing to the front desk but nothing was done. I left my contact information but of course I haven't heard back. If you decide to stay here my advise is to not leave any valuables in the room. Take it with you. The strip clubs in the same lot was also a turn off but since I was only passing through after 2 nights that didn't bother me much.
I stay at the hotel 3 days,a week I am treated very well there I am usually checked in by Michelle the front desk clerk she is,always kind always, smiling she provides, fantastic customer service. I usually get rooms, that in have stayed in. Michelle is so easy to work with I call while in route to get the room I want if available, my stay with Ramada Inn is always good. All the staff is,easy to work with I thank them all, especially michelle, her customer service skills are excellent,
We stayed for one night, in a room with a king bed. Fairly nice location, and the room was properly cleaned, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Didn't appear to be a continental breakfast, but there is a bistro in the building with a bar that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Friendly staff, overall a good experience.
Inside of hotel has been remodeled, and it looks really good. Front desk staff were awesome! Room was nice, and bed was one of the most comfortable ever. The bathroom was very small and cramped, and mine smelled like faint urine. Room 2317. Otherwise very functional and fine. The internet was terrible in my room, so an upgrade to routers may be in the near future? I can't stay here again until the internet is better. Otherwise, very happy with the stay.
Nice hotel. Bathroom was small, the room itself was fairly roomy though. The beds were really soft and comfortable. Everything seemed clean as far as I could tell. Staff was friendly, didn't have many reasons to Interact with them though. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you need to go to the airport as it is pretty close.
The rooms were very clean and had average space for a double. The beds were very comfortable and I was able to get a restful night's sleep. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, TV, wifi, and several outlets for charging mobile devices/laptops. The hotel itself had a restaurant, massage table, a weight room, and a pool. The accommodations were very good for the price although not the best I've seen.
