The remodeled rooms were beautiful. Nice clean pool and super convenient that they have a restaurant on site. The staff was very friendly and overall it was a fabulous stay.
The rooms were relatively low quality for what I expected out of a Ramada chain. Front desk and bar staff were very nice and accommodating, just didn't feel very "at home" here in the room. Burns on the carpet, no closet doors to be heard of, TV was on and broadcasting a discolored channel when I walked in. Great place for a one night stay but would not recommended for longer than a night or two.
It's a 100 some odd dollar room, not sure what these people are expecting giving bad reviews. No there is no butler or personal maid with your room. You get what you pay for . They have a decient pool and hot tub vending machines and a nice little cafe. It's a bit pricey but what isn't now a day, it's close and if you stay the night they have gated parking to keep your truck a little bit safer . Over all booking and checking in was a breeze I'd stay again with out question.
By far this hotel had the maximum number of issues I have ever seen in one hotel room. Safe didn't work. Fridge for didn't close. Bed sheets had spots in places you know where. More over or room had the ice making machine symphony playing all night
Decent enough place to stay. Very comfortable beds. Paid breakfast but sounds great at an ok price. As others have said, rooms are a bit dated, furnishings are inexpensive and this room has a bit of an order, but not awful. I would highly recommend if you want a nice comfortable mattress to sleep on.
They did not tell us about the credit card hold during check-in. I found a dead bug in the room. The outlets on the lamps did not work 90% of the time. The floor was sticky (more sticky in the bathroom). Bed was decent. Room was spacious. Has a fridge and microwave so that's a plus.
The rooms are rather old and need to be updated. Wallpaper peeling in spots and there are bumps under the carpet in spots. It's clean though and the bed is very comfortable. Good thing because its right off I-5 so the traffic is loud. The walls are thin so at times you can hear the guests next door. It is a older Ramada so all that must be kept in mind when staying here. Over all its ok, I've stayed in a lot worse.
Most horrible hotel I've ever been in my life! Smells horrid! Carpet is warped, smells damp, gross. NEVER STAY HERE🤢I don't know where they got the pictures from of the rooms inside. Gang members everywhere. Obviously a druggie hotel. I did not feel safe at all. Cancelled our reservations and checked out after walking into the worst smelling room ever. The staff was very nice, but nothing you can do about a room that someone obviously smoked in and smelled like something died in it.
For the pricing one would imagine breakfast would be included, not the case here. The beds are very comfortable but the rooms could use a makeover or at least deep cleaning. Convenient location, secure parking, and I'm not sure if I mentioned but the beds are pretty comfortable.
Staff nice. 1st rm smelled like cigarette smoke. 2nd rm bed was unmade with hair all in it. Wallpaper peeling in rm. Bathroom /sink vanity out of date. Rust spots in sink. Air condition was very loud. It kept waking us up in the middle of the night. Day of checking out, it was vomit on the floor by elevator.
The location is pretty good, being about 40 minutes from Pico and Robertson and about 20 minutes from the valley. There are soda machines which sell soda and free ice machines.the pool is nice and big enough. The rooms are pretty standard with a desk and chair in the room with two queen beds. includes ironing board, safe, and refrigerator which is slightly larger than expected. Fitness room would be the biggest complaint. Staff very friendly except after asking for extra pillows and blankets, they got slightly annoyed. overall worth the price
The workers there is very friendly, the parking is great, the price is a bit high for the room I booked. There was water stains on the ceiling all the way across the room and made the room look unsafe and unsanitary. The floor at the bathroom sink was soaked like the there is an water pipe leak. The bathroom shower only has hot water and when I tried to turn it to cold water, it shuts off. So I couldn't take a shower there for two days. This place needs a lot of maintenance and I will not never book here again any time I travel south of the grape vines.
I came here to have breakfast with my cousin who was visiting Burbank and Los Angeles. I would say that for a simple American breakfast the hotel offers exactly that! For anything above and beyond that there are plenty of other nearby options. Ramada Burbank Airport is conveniently located right off of I-5, in a safe, relatively clean area.
The Ramada is more motel than hotel. My room was decently clean, but the whole place is old and run down. Neither the phone nor the door lock to the bathroom worked. Does the job and convenient location.
You get what you pay for. That being said, don't lay too much for this hotel. Good location, clean comfortable rooms, but not much else. Shower runs really hot. The sun shines right under the door in the morning. You can hear the 5 freeway clearly. If you don't might white noise, it's fairly quiet. Staff is very friendly. Not bad. Not great.
