Superb experience, the Malibu Beach inn is a couple houses down the street from carbon beach club. rooms are outstanding, with fantastic ocean views.. great restaurant and top notch service.. highly recommended.

Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Manager had placed me on an upgrade before I even checked in, which was very generous. The restaurant had great food and service. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and would definitely come back.

Nice accommodations. Simple, but adequate. Because it was open air, it reminded me of a motor lodger on the side of the road. It was really noisy. The service at the restaurant was terrible. We stayed a few days and they messed up our order repeatedly. The wasn't apologetic. It took a long time to get our good even though it wasn't crowded. Three food was heavy and greasy. There wasn't much innovation on the menu and not a lot for vegetarians. It was the low point of our stay.

It's right off of the water so it has great views, you can even see the pier from many of the rooms. The rooms are very nice and spacious, with a comfortable couch and bed and a large screen TV. Not a ton of closet space, though. The room I was in had a deck with a view of the pier, which was really cool. The service was excellent, you valet parking and they take your bags up for you as well. It took no time at all to check in and they have a really great room service menu, as well. Overall, I loved it.

The Malibu Beach Inn staff are very friendly and courteous. The valet service was excellent. I was very late to dinner but my food was still really good. The view of the ocean is really nice at this location. I like this inn's restaurant and bar; I'll be back.

The burger and salad was very nicely done and we were able to just take the steps down to the beach and spend some time down there after our meal. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Recently upgraded rooms and very clean and comfortable. The give you a vip service all around. All rooms are ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first visit to California period and my stay at the Malibu Beach Inn was just so amazing. It was very clean, very generous staff, beautiful beautiful ocean views from my room and so much more. It was easy and to me a fast commute (by car) to other areas in California such as Hollywood, Los Angeles and Santa Monica. The weather was perfect and falling to sleep to the sound of the ocean was just amazing. I am so ready to go back already.
