The customer service was AMAZING! Front desk manager was so sweet and helpful.

The rooms Roaches everywhere, things were missing from the rooms, some didnt have tvs, one the bathroom didn't work, the other one was missing a shower curtain.
It literally took us to go around to all most every room to find one that had all the basics,and that one still had disgusting floors, dirty Appliances, roaches all over and just felt icky.
The owner should be ashamed .

Online reservation to find out there were no room. Seems also to be a shady place. Front desk wasn't rude but just seemed lazy and told that system was down well, get it fixed. Shouldn't be down for more than 30 min, tech should have reached. Especially at freakin 8 pm

No customer service. Front desk staff remained on her cell phone during the whole transaction. The elevator did not work. The room was flirty and roach infested. We did not stay. Not a good representation of priceline or Ramada.

This Roach Motel needs to be condemned First of all, the staff working there are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED. The room that was offered to me was infested with ROACHES. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! The carpet was extremely filthy, the toilet was leaking and the guy working the front desk offered me a water pitcher to put behind the toilet to catch the water leaking. The sheets were soiled with stains. The staff working at the hotel confided in me and told me a lot of the inside stories about the hotel. They showed me pictures of blocked off rooms infested with bed bugs and mold. They informed me that there was no maintenance staff on site and they had to try and fix the problems when people would complain about their rooms. They also stated they had to buy the cleaning supplies and breakfast foods to serve the guest themselves. The owner doesn't buy any of those items. The laundry room was inoperable, so the question is, how are they washing the sheets and the towels? There was only 1 house keeper employed at the hotel and rooms were not being cleaned. The manager showed me 5 rooms of which all 5 rooms were not cleaned. The pool alone should have this hotel shut down! It's pure disgusting! When I was in the lobby there were multiple calls from guest complaining of roaches in their rooms. One lady came downstairs screaming to the front desk worker stating "there was something floating in her shower, and come to find out it was a roach. The owner was called because the lady wanted to be reimbursed for her stay, the owner threatened to call the COPS on her if she didn't leave the hotel premises. Some of the front desk workers are not being paid after working long hours. The owner lives in South Carolina and the staff stated they only see him once a month. When they call him about problems or issues, he lies to them and tells them he's coming to fix the problem and never shows up. The trash around the hotel is pathetic. The dumpster behind the hotel smells like dead bodies are inside of it. The trash is over flowing from the dumpster onto the ground. The hotel stairwells are full of trash and cigarette butts. I wouldn't stay at this hotel if I was a homeless man. This is what really got me, the owner is so money hungry, he doesn't allow cash to be kept inside the hotel. You can only pay with your debit or credit card, because the owner continues to attempt to deduct money from your debit card without authorization!!!! Don't stay at this hotel, and I'm doing everything I can to have this hotel reported to the Local News, Better Business Bureau and the local Code Enforcement.

Note: The reason why I gave this hotel (1) star is because that's the only way I could submit this post. This hotel needs to be CONDEMNED, and receive minus stars!!!!!

Stayed here 5 days and will never come back! Front desk person was awful, didn't know much about anything. No vending whatsoever, there is a cooler in the office for drinks but it was empty. Laundry area is a joke neither washer or dryer is functioning. Swimming pool looked like a straight up filth! Behind the hotel in the parking area there's a lagoon type area FILLED with garbage! One of the entrances in the stairwell was littered with garbage and beer cans! Our room was clean and beds were alright so guess I can't complain there but the rest was just ridiculous! Oh side note breakfast is a joke, there is a waffle maker, no bagels but there is cream cheese, no fruit but a fruit bowl. But hey if ya like cereal your set!
